Not a fan. I currently have public aid insurance because I cant afford insurance while in school. It took me forever to find a place that accepts meridian insurance for 18 years and above. I was so excited to finally get my teeth done. My visit was too quick. The dentist came in scrape my teeth quickly and rough did not concentrate at all. Gave me a bunch or referrals and literally brushed my teeth with some pink tooth paste and said I was done.. I felt no difference, just pain from her being rough. They werent very polite. Its not right for them to treat people with public aid like this. I cant wait to get actually health insurance and receive the treatment I should get.

I went in to get my braces put on and they are very professional and care about patient satisfaction. I recently was transfered from the one in Orland Park and they seriously are super unprofessional and quadripal book appointments. The dental hygenist that helped put the braces on was super sweet and talked to me throughout the whole entire procedure. But i do need to go back to the Orland Park one for a fixing in my braces because sadly one of my brackets are becoming loose and my wire is poking into my cheek but other than that my expeirence was pretty amazing.

This visit was for my daughter but we experienced great service, very courteous, and professional. They were understanding as I was late to her appointment due to getting lost and not being familiar with the area yet in still they got me in and out in a timely manner. Everyone was very knowledgable as well. Overall it was the best experience ever.
