Coming to this office is by far the worse mistake Ive made, it took me months to get an appointment. I came in for a temporary filling also hoping to get a permanent filling and a crown for my root canal. The dentist and his staff mentioned to me that they will need approval from my insurance prior to working on my teeth and it would take 3 weeks. 3 weeks pass by and I call the office to check the status. The receptionist then said that it still has not been approved and that she will call when they do approve me, Ive patiently waited long enough, I then call after one more week, to find out that neither the doctor or the office staff has put it any order for work down on my teeth. The filling that they put in has now fallen out and I had no choice but to go to another dentist because I cannot trust the credibility of this office after this experience! Please do not go to this office or you will regret!!

A few things I have to say about this dentist. First, they are very unorganized. You will think you are making an appointment and they will cancel on you. Not only that, but they will refuse to fit you in on a sooner time. Next, I would like to add that my cousin has braces from them and they make her appointments 2 1/2 months after she gets her braces tightened. I strongly advise that you check out a different office. Will soon contact someone to put them in their place.

Horrible service and inconsistent....the staff pretends to be helpful but in all are negligent and it concerns me about there unprofessional attitudes when it comes to patient needs ...... the get a one star effort only cuz i cant give zero ..... i needed a follow up and they told me to stop by any time and they try to charge me extra extra money .... not a customer friendly place.
