I would NEVER...and I mean NEVER recommend this "Dentist" First off I go there for a "Special" for an exam and xray. I was told to see a Oral Surgeon to extract all 4 of my wisdom. Everyone there was very rude. But the best part is what happened now..I find this amazing Oral Surgeon who tells me to call SmileTown to get my xrays emailed to him so he could take a look before I came in to see him. I call & the lady who answers says to come in and sign a form then hands the phone off to the MANAGER Norma. who Proceeds to yell and scream at me telling If I wanted to come pay 25$ for the xrays and that my wisdom teeth werent even xrayd (even though they showed me the xray & how bad the wisdom teeth were) Then flat out told me to go pay another dentist to get them done because she was NOT giving them to me. I then asked why she was being so rude to me and I asked to talk to a manager..She then LAUGHED and said IAM THE MANAGER..then HUNG UP ON ME. Disgusting people working there. RUDE RUDE RUDE dont waste your money on rude unprofessional people!!

I just got back from an appointment and for one am very satisfied.. Ive gone there a few times for fillings and a cleaning and have had no issues.. The employees there Teresa, Patty and Norma are very informative and pleasant to deal with.. I had two crowns today and for one was very uneasy with going after watching the process on YouTube. Which was not a good idea might i say. Had me nervous to go in.. Dr. Wish knows what she is doing. Was very informative and gentle.. I appreciate the fact that for once as a customer and person I can feel comfortable going to a dentist Dr.Wish and know that im going to come out with the information I asked for and a solution.. Oh on another note whenever Ive had a problem with my filings that might I add she did not have anything to do with she made an appointment either the same day or next so I can get it resolved. Ive found my permanent dentist.. Thanks doc for all u do..

People only write reviews when they are mad... They are anything but Rude. I go to a Dentist in Glen Ellen and he cost me some big bucks. My son goes here I could honestly say they are better. They explain things the dentist are very well trained and very very good. They dont like to use silver only if a child wont sit still. They also seal the teeth up. They are great, I want to go there but they wont take my insurance. Although you can get xrays and a cleaning for $30.00 With no insurance... The Dentist are young and that makes me feel better cause they trained newly with new technology . I think the person that wrote RUDE is RUDE

Mediocre service. The dentist didnt introduce herself upon meeting. Very impersonal didnt try and make me feel comfortable at all. When I got my teeth cleaned it was half done and done very quickly. Not much time and effort was put into the cleaning of my teeth. Office staff wasnt really friendly. Im not going back. Positives=front office looks clean and smells good. Update: after leaving review, dentist called and told me I shouldve told her instead of leaving a review and laughed...who does that??! Im sorry, whats the purpose of google reviews then?

Absolutely love this place! Last time I went, I was greeted by the receptionist, Teresa. She helped me out right away and was very nice. Afterwards i was called in and had a wonderful assistant named Patricia, she was also very polite and made sure I was worry free. Not to mention the great manager Norma, always making sure everything is great! I would highly recommend this place, definetely the best Ive been to!

Loved the place !!! Went there last week and got great service especially from the assistant Patricia she was super nice and made me feel welcomed! Along with the service of their receptionist Teresa. Everyone made me feel super welcomed and at home their manager Norma is doing a great job keeping everything under control Keep it up!!!

Very friendly and easy to work with. As others have stated, Norma is very nice and helpful. Have had no problems there, have always been satisfied (as much as you can after shots to the gums and drilling..). Office is kid-friendly, which isnt a great thing for those w/out kids, but cant really fault them for that.

BEWARE... TRUE NIGHTMARE. I TRIED SCHEDULING AM APPOINTMENT AND THE MANAGER OR SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS BROKEN ENGLISH BEGINS TO YELL AT ME SIMPLY FOR ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THE OFFICE... DONT FALL FOR THERE FREE X-RAY ITS NOT REALLY FREE LOOK AT THE BILLING... I RECOMMEND ANYWHERE ELSE.

The ladies (Normal & Teresa) up front are very generous, an the dentist do a great job and are pretty straight foward!!!
