I would not recommend going to Elite Dental. While the dentist was okay (I still have some issues with a crown he replaced), the office staff was not professional. There were issues with the process of how they go about giving a patient their estimate for treatment and how that correlates with any benefits. I had to make multiple calls to their office as follow up to make sure that I received appropriate credit for what was charged above the actual cost of treatment. I had used Care Credit. One time when I went in to talk to the office manager, I did so as a followup to an e-mail I sent 2 weeks earlier to which I had received no response. I explained that there was a difference in the actual cost and the estimated cost and that difference needed to be refunded. There was also an issue of trying to get a charge that was initially denied resolved. They had sent incorrect information to the insurance company that resulted in a denial. While waiting for her to talk to someone there about it, she actually said that she was surprised that I was following up on this so closely; that most patients just paid their bill and went on. I was shocked. I actually contemplated reporting them to my insurance company for possible fraud. I wasnt sure if this had happened to other patients. So, I would highly recommend walking away and going to another dentist.

I bought a Groupon for Invisilign at this location and yesterday was my consultation. I came with my 5 year old son and I must say this place is beyond professional. Every single employee including the Doctor is professional and very friendly. The receptionist even put cartoons on for my son and gave him juice while I was in another room speaking with the Doctor. The Doctor was awesome, he was very thorough and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about my decision. Everyone was awesome and they definitely put my home dentist to shame lol Im looking forward to my invisilign journey with these great people!

Dr. Mazar Shuaipaj is an outstanding dentist. With my long-standing dentist passing away suddenly years ago, I was hard-pressed to find another dentist. How fortunate was I along with my wife when we found Dr. Mazar. Not only did he take care of my dental needs in a time of an emergency very well, his work was terrific and it took away the pain I suffered with for days. His dental assistant also was fantastic to provide the help Dr. Mazar needed. I continue to be confident with Elite Dentals care as Dr. Mazar, his brother and staff, handle their patients needs professionally and provide the best service in our area.

Dr. Xhelo Shuaipaj is the best dentist one could hope to have. He is professional, caring, well mannered and an expert in dentistry. I found Dr. Xhelo through extensive research for implants. The results were more than remarkable. If you need a perfect front tooth implant to complement a besctiful smile as I did, please make an appointment with Dr. Xhelo for consult. Dr. Xhelo also has a great office staff and support. My old crown broke on NYE at a formal NYE celebration and the office manager fit me in the very first day they open.

I love Dr. Xhelo Shuaipa & his team. They are just the best. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for scheduled appointments & they have been so wonderful with my daughter Edie. She was so nervous the first time we took her to the dentist but they made her feel very comfortable & relaxed that she now looks forward to going in for her check ups to see Dr. Xhelo & Joy her favorite Hygienist.

Ive been going to Elite Dental Care for more than a decade, even though I have terrible dental anxiety. The staff is caring, nice, and professional and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Joy, the hygienist, is awesome, and my kids love her too. Ive survived two root canals and other work, and recommend them often. (And for the record, my dad is a retired dentist!)

Not only are the dentists and their staff friendly and competent, I have always been able to get an appointment on an emergency basis. Due to my "dentist-phobia" Elite Dental Care is able to provide me with sedation and sedation-like dental work that ease my fears while in the chair. I have been going to the Fairview and Lemont offices for almost 15 years - great service. (GRACE IS THE BEST!)

Dr.Xelo is the leading dentist at this facility. There is not enough ways to describe how nice caring and patient this man is. The receptionist and the whole staff is amazing. I Highly HIGHLY recommend this place. Its a very friendly environment.
