Dr. Grace & Hygienist, Carrie - 5 Stars!! Clean Office - Latest Technology as well. However, Billing / Good Faith Estimates very poor rating - IMO. Mislead on coverage costs and I feel it is their job to be in the ball park on an estimate seeing as they deal with all the insurance companies daily. In their defense, I find this with a lot of dental offices.... They "accept" your insurance then bill you the difference for over inflated services as they are not in "your" network. They blame your insurance company but fail to understand Reasonable & Customary charges that are set forth... Beware before you think you are "covered" as your insurance EOB / benefits coverage page rarely matches your dental bill balance. If you choose this office, get something in writing. They lost me as a patient

Having recently moved to a new community I hadnt yet found a dentist. Just days before leaving for an overseas vacation I broke a tooth! I called Goers on a Saturday morning and explained my situation. They had me in a chair within the hour. The dentist and her assistant were wonderful. The practice is up to date with the latest tech and they processed everything through my insurance. My wife will be their next new patient as soon as we get back!

Clean facility. They are on-time and dont make you wait. They always make sure as the patient you are o.k. and comfortable. Dr. Goers is an EXCELLENT dentist with a personality that matches. And I cant say enough good things about Veronica (dental hygienist) who is warm, caring, efficient, accommodating and a good educator of personal dental care.

Everything is done in a timely fashion. The staff makes sure you are comfortable. Competence is, of course, paramount, and the standards are high. But there is a feeling of friendliness not necessarily associated with dentistry. This is an excellent facility with first rate dentists and technicians.
