This dentist is horrible, went in because my front tooth broke, and she started talking about pulling my front teeth out and outrunning partials instead of just crowning the tooth that broke. Said she couldnt cap it. Didnt have the material or didnt want to do her job and just put a temp cap on. Then tried to charge me 7000 to cap my tooth. Found a new dentist who knows what he is doing, has what he needs, and capped the tooth no problem. I would never recommend taking your kids here. Or sending anyone here unless they are your worst enemies and your trying to inflict torture.

I dont recommend this place.... All they want to due is pull your teeth and not try to fill or see what other options you have other then send you to el paso or Albuquerque to get your teeth pulled out ... Plus one of the assistant taking my xrays hit me not once but twice with the machine because she was in a hurry since I was the last patient and was trying to due everything fast and I told her excuse you u hit me not once but twice with the machine and she just smiled and walked away... Horrible place please due not go...

This was our very first time at this clinic. My daughter and I were warmly welcomed when we walked through the doors. The assistant was Mayra and she was AMAZING, My daughter felt so comfortable considering this was her first visit to this dentist. A big Thank you to all the Familia Dental staff. You are all amazing and VERY much appreciated for all your hard work. We definitely will not be going anywhere but here for our dental needs!!!

I called on a Thursday and they set up my first appointment right away on a Saturday. I did some paperwork and waited about 15 min before they saw me. I had a cleaning and a filling done right away as well. All of the employees are very nice and efficient. The building is nice too and they have a tv in each room. They accept most insurance, even medicaid. Overall a great place. They have low prices for people who are uninsured as well.

I recently came in as an emergency walk in with my daughter. I was greeted right away by the front desk. The assistant, Mayra, was very patient with my daughter and walked her through each thing she was doing. Dr. Seo thoroughly explained to me that my daughter was okay and gave me a piece of mind and was able to walk out of this office satisfied.

They rocommended partials. Ordered, and came in for fitting. Took them home and was then called and told to come back to office immediately. There is an emergency with my partials. Turned them in to dentist, no explanation as to what was going on. Have never heard back from them. Terrible customer service for a medical facility.

They referred me to a Endodontics who does not take Presbyterian Centennial Care dentaquest. I called back in and to see if they could send me to another endodontics. Their reply was to go see another dentist and get another referral. I do not recommend this facility. They have very poor customer service in my opinion.

THE worst dental office... brought my daughter here and three separate times her fillings they put in fell out after just a few months. my daughter had a 4 pm appt, waited an hour and a half and still wasnt seen, the receptionists here dont have any empathy at all Finding a new dentist A.S.A.P.!,

I went to my 2nd year x-ray and cleaning today. Though I saw a different dentist then I did last year I still received the same quality service. They take the time to explain how best to care for our oral health and to make sure all of our concerns are handled while we are in the office.

They made my mother dentures, that fit her horribly, she complained to them, supposedly "fixed" them, but made them worse, and wouldnt fix them properly.
