This place is terrible. The dentist is decent. However, the front desk people are incompetent and are never friendly. This was my last visit. I called and notified them I would be 5 minutes late to my appointment, which I was, however, since there isnt anyone ever attending the front desk... they are too lazy and too busy talking and laughing in the back(we can all hear you) to walk out front to see if anyone is actually sitting out front. It took her 3 trips out front to even notice I was in the waiting room. Then she preceded to let me sit there for another 25 minutes before I walked out. During one of my previous visits, I asked the Dentist to patch one of the crowns I had had done by a different dentist and he said "no problem." He went on to explain to his assistant what he wanted done. She was training a new assistant and she told her that she was going to go with a different type of filling than what the dentist recommended because she thought it would look better. Surprise. It came out terrible. The dentist said if I wanted it fixed better(after she had done the opposite of what he wanted) I would need to replace the entire crown. Ridiculous.

I wish that I could give less than zero stars for this place. We were visitors from out of town in Eagle for a baseball tournament. Our 7 year old son woke up one morning with a swollen cheek and so much pain that he would not stop crying. We called comfort dental a little before 1pm. Granted the place closes at 1:30pm but were were desperately trying to find a dentist that could see him. We explained to the lady on the phone what was going on and she just flat out said "its been a long day and we close in 30 minutes so the dentist is not going to see him". She did not offer to ask the dentist, she did not offer any advice on what to do to help him until the weekend was over. It was just a flat out "NO". I understand that its a Saturday and you want to go home, but you can at least ask the dentist or ask the dentist if he can recommend anything to help with the pain in the mean time. This place should be a LAST resort for anyone in need of care. HORRIBLE!

Let me start by saying I have never had a good experience at a dental office before. I am normally petrified of the dentist, but I had such a great experience here! Dr. Dave was SO friendly, and really made me feel at ease. He did some fillings and extractions for me, and I cant believe how painless it was! I barely felt the shot, and I didnt even realize my two wisdom teeth were out until he told me! The front office and the assistants were always so friendly to me. The girls in the front office were kind enough to sit down with me and go over the prices for everything so I knew what I was paying for. I will be recommending all my friends and family. Thank you Comfort Dental! You rock!!!

Ralph Green: I went there for extra care and clean I get the extract the same day, go back the next day for cleaning. Dentist stuck me in my tounge TWICE with anesthesia and after that 5 workers and dentist surrounded me at the end and forced me to pay even though I could not talk and negotiate. Also the dentures I was ordered where 1 week late and when it both came.. it came with extra teeth.. terrible communication. PLUS!!! NO TASTE BUDS SINCE THE TIME THEY STUCK ME WITH ANESTHESIA!!!!!

This place is ridiculous! Took my fiancé in for his root canal that was scheduled at 730am and they did not even start until an hour later! Ended up missing a car repair appointment because they do not want to follow their scheduled times for appointments! Sat out in the car for almost 3 hours waiting for them to finish! This place is absolutely awful!!!! I do not recommend this dental establishment to anyone. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Extended hours until 7:30 and affordable prices - finally. Dr. Lindman and Liddiard are top notch and its so nice to have an affordable option in Vail valley. Every interaction Ive had with them had been excellent. They truly care about their patients. Thanks for all you do!

I had oral surgery with Dr. Lindman and for such a reasonable price, he was incredibly attentive to me aqs a patient! I am also pleased to see a dentist office that is so focused on patient care and not so much on the decor!
