Thank you to EP Dentistry 4 Kids for going the extra mile to ensure that my son was comfortable during dental procedure today 1/22/2015. Thank you staff Dr. Johnstun and D.A. Deejay Dental Assistant who provided positive reinforcement to my son by communicating and providing hands on how the dental instruments work and how they will be applying them to him during his dental procedure. I recommended this facility to all parents that have kids with special needs or any sort of disorders. My son has SPD (Sensory Processing Disorder) which he has a difficult time intercepting information that comes through his senses. Little things irritate him the sound of the dental equipment, the feel of the gauze, the taste of the cement used to locate a crown, etc.. in which EP Dentistry 4 Kids staff catered to his needs by being attentive and interacting with him at all times and providing different movie options. Again thank you for ensuring that my sons dental visit was a successful and positive one. He LOVES <3 DR.JOHNSTUN AND DENTAL ASSISTANT D.A. DEEJAY can not wait for his next scheduled visit. I have absolutely no complaints about EP Dentistry! Everyone from the reception desk to the dental assistants, dentists ( especially Dr. Johnstun) and other staff members are kid friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. We have been going here for the past 5 years and wouldnt think of taking them anywhere else for any of our childrens dental needs. We have four children and they always allow us to schedule them for the same day and time so it is more convenient for us as parents to get all their dental appointments fulfilled without making multiple trips to the same facility for different children. The waiting area that has an indoor playground, video games section and a movie to keep the kids occupied. They always leave with a balloon and dental hygiene bag. My son recently had a tooth removed and ended up in a good mood and smiling on his way out the door because of the steps EP Dentistry takes to make your child feel safe, important and special each time they visit.

Yesterday I took my daughters to the dentists to have their treatments done. I like to take them there because the personal and the service is better than other places. I dont have to wait more than 20 minutes for them to be called. The assistants are very friendly and kind, specially DEEJAY always making the kids to feel comfortable , explaining them the importance to brush their teeth and giving some advices to parents what to do after the treatment is done. Dr. JOHNSTUN is an amazing person, very kind, well-mannered and always has a smile for his patients and the parents. He did a great and carefully job; despite the fact that my daughter was nervous, he knew how to work with her and keep her calm. During treatment, he always worried that my daughter was well and without pain. Dr. JOHNSTUN is a doctor with a lot of patience and you can see he loves his job. Thank you for helping to keep the smile of my daughter Mia in good condition. I really appreciate all the work you do!!!

I have been taking my children to El Paso Dentistry 4 Kids almost 6 years now and I will never change to a different Dentistry. The staff is great! The Receptionists are always friendly, the Dental Assistants are kind and do a great job of putting my kids at ease. The Dentists are not hurried and truly concerned for the well being of my kids and always answer my questions. I have never had a bad experience at this place. The Dental work they do is very good quality. Ive had to have procedures done with 2 of my children at the surgical center that EPD4 Kids works with and both times the staff were more than willing to accommodate to my schedule. My children are usually jealous of the other if one has a dental appointment and they dont! My kids love the play area and the movies that are constantly playing. In short. I love this place and so do my kids!

I love EP Dentistry 4 Kids! The staff is very professional and family friendly. My kids were very nervous about visiting the dentist but the staff made them feel welcome and the dentists were very patient and understanding. Dr. Johnstun was amazing with my 3 year old daughter. I was very nervous about how she would react getting a cavitiy filled but he made the procedure seem like a walk in the park. She was not afraid at all. I will be requesting him for all of her visits. Dr. Larson treated my older daughter (for the second time) and he is friendly and professional. He made sure I understood where potential problem areas were and took the time to show me where she could better her brushing. Thank you EP Dentistry 4 Kids for making my kids NOT afraid of the dentist.

Been coming here for my kids for the past four years, and every time we visit it exceeds our expectations. The receptionist always welcomes with a positive additude and a smile, the environment is clean with entertainment for the kids, movie, video games, and a jungle gym. The waiting time i consider short, and and when we finally get called in im always able to hear them the first time they call out. All of the staff including the Doctors are very kind and easy going. They are great at infoming you the procedures step by step, so that nothing is ever a surprise to you. At the end the clerks and schedulers are cheerful and make you feel as an important patient and customer. Over all great place. Very satisfied.

I have been taking my daughter there for 5 or more years. I have had impeccable service every single time. Over the years their processes continue to improve so that patients and parents dont sit around idly waiting. My last experience was yesterday with Dr. Larson who is an amazing doctor. He treated my daughter with legitimate concern. Yameli was the young lady who helped us get set up with x-rays, weight and all the preliminary steps. She was also a very sweet young lady. Very personable and friendly. The dental hygienist was also amazing (didnt catch her name). She was very thorough and offered some great advise to help my daughters teeth stay clean and healthy.

Love love love this dentist! Took my kiddos to another dentist office back in 2009-2011 and I was very dissatisfied. Been here ever since and have always been very please with their customer service and patient care and treatment. They talk my kids through the whole procedure, the kids watch a movie while they get their teeth cleaned, and they do always allow parents in treatment rooms. Which was important to me. My kids love playing in the waiting room with the video games and playground. They always leave with a goody bag full of dental treats and a balloon :) Happy kids = happy Mom!

Yesterday I went for my first visit, i was nervous walking in since I have allways been afraid of the dentist. When they called me. In I was assisted by the dental assistan Lisa Cordova, right away she made.me feel at ease and way more confortable. She was very profesional , informative and understanding of my fears of dentists. She explain methods to make the procedure less s tressful. Everything went smoothly and I was out before i knew it, Doctor was also very profesional and made the procedure prctically painless. Thank God so much for places like this.Customer for life!!
