My boyfriend and I both have had dental work done by this location, and I have to say, it has been the best dental experience of our lives. Both of us have had horrible experiences by other dentists earlier in our lives, causing lots of anxiety when we first went to this office. But after the first procedures, we were instantly put at ease by Dr.Rodgers calm, happy personality. The receptionist up front even recognized us after our first appointments! Fillings, deep cleanings, extractions, weve had them all done. Dr. Rodgers, our hygienist, and the dental assistants have all been gentle, have always asked if we are ok during procedures, answered any questions I have(which at times can be alot), and have been pleasures to see. We no longer get amped up over the dentist because we know we are going to be treated well. We see El Rio doctors for our healthcare, and have learned to expect a certain level of care, and the Northwest Dental office does not fall short!!

I was there for my 3rd and final deep cleaning. Sat in the chair for an hour as they tried to numb me, 3 series of injections numbing everything but my gums. Thern "oops! We are out of time" and they shuffled me out the door with no work done in my mouth! My jaw still hurts 3 weeks later! Ive tried to talk to somebody about what can be done differently and they wont call back!! I still have 2 crowns and a deep cleaning to go but its not going to be done here!!
