Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, had a flat tire on the way to the appointment. They were unwilling to work with me regarding being late or the next available appointment. It was going to be another 3 weeks with no possibility of getting in sooner. Was told I could "call every day" to see about cancellations. Ive worked in medical and hospitals for 12 years and never has anywhere Ive worked been so unwilling to work a patient in.

Due to construction on South Boulevard, the road that their Troy location building is on, I was 14 minutes late for an appointment and they would not see me. This really torques me when I add up all the hours I have spent waiting in a Beaumont waiting room. I guess they think I have no other options. We will see about that.
