I had an appointment in May 2016 and received a $2000 bill in September., with wrong ins ID I spoke with billing manager who said its not her problem...It turns out Randi, the billing Manager ,did not read the back of my insurance card, and sent my labs to the wrong place and refused to correct her error..SO.............. she sent my labs with the wrong ins numbers to a non affiliated lab....and now tells me my bill is my problem......READING IS FUNDAMENTAL I had to hire a lawyer to resolve this...

Showed the office my paper work to get a tb shot to gain employment. My apt was at 2pm at 4 pm I asked what was taking so long the nurse had told me they did not have ant td shots they were calling around to receive them or send me to the. I showed the lady my paperwork again and showed it said tuberculosis vaccine. She had the dumbest look on her face and sent me to a room 50 minutes later no show so I left. Went to park urgent care 23 min in and out with shot. Some peoples kids I swear.

Dr. Casselberry is not a good obgyn one of my close friends found out she was pregnant and started going to her. She barely sees her. Shes 20 weeks and doesnt know anything bout the baby because she makes an excuse about everything. She makes her wait 3 weeks for an appointment just to sit and talk to her about something that can be handled at once.. She doesnt have a midwife or anything wouldnt suggest her as an ob

Everytime I call to make an appointment I am waiting approximately 25 minutes for someone to answer the phone and when the receptionist does I am always getting hanged up on and have to call and wait another 25/35 minutes. They need new receptionist that wont be hanging up on people and making them wait.

Dr.Casselberry is a terrible OB. She left and I wasnt even notified. She doesnt even have a midwife. The nurses here have terrible communication i called for 2 weeks straight left voicemails and got no return call.
