I simply do not understand the reviews stated here--dont listen to the naysayers, who only write reviews when something may be wrong. There are many patients who LOVE this facility, and Drs. Richardson and Gater. They are caring, honest, sincere, and worth any wait (if there is one). Eatonton is lucky to have such wonderful doctors and beautiful urgent care facility. The center is clean, and is equipped with all the latest technology (like x-rays, etc.) as an alternative to your primary care doctor. Dr. Gater sees my two boys, and they just love her. Dr. Richardson has helped me out many times, and diagnosed an ailment that my primary doctor did not catch. I cannot give higher reviews. They are simply THE BEST.

They Do not care about their patients, the receptionist are rude and inconsiderate, and also they lie about the price of the program that I am in one time it is $80 and the next it is $125 and the program that I attend I need my medication and now, because they refused me medical care I have to go without my medication and if they do it to me, Imagine what they will do to other people with other types of Illness I had the money I just had to go and get it, but would they see me, Absolutely not If I didnt have cash then and there they refused to see me. I even suggested that they hold my prescription until I brought the money back. Sum it up, they are rude to their patients and could careless how they feel.

100% pathetic place....urgent care is a joke. Urgent if they mean wIt for three to four hours to even be seen. As the gentleman said in his post the people are rude as hell. Also as he mentioned the price changes all the time depending on who you talk to you. I wish the owners would actually take a look at there reviews then just maybe they would see what a poor excuse for a medical facility this is. I say lake oconee residents lets stop using this place then maybe well get a good medical pratice here I know for a fact Ill never come back to this place. I would not even given it one star but thats not an option.

I had a very minor ailment and I have to say it was mostly a very good experience. The staff were pleasant, the doctor competent and the nurse performed the minor procedure with care. The only complaint I would have is that it all took 2.5 hours. However, that seems to be the norm for urgent care clinics. I certainly could afford to wait and apparently they had other patients that needed stitches etc. I would go back. By the way, the name has changed to FastTrack.

This place is in my opinion is very unprofessional! After driving 45 minutes to get seen by a doctor for a terrible sore throat, when I get there the door is locked even though they dont close until 2 hours later. Then tell me sorry, we werent busy. Si I had to drive 45 minutes back home without being seen, still sick. I am more than disappointed!!!

The Doctors here are highly trained professionals with excellent bedside manners whos only care is the patient. If youre doctor shopping or looking for " a high" you might as well drop a bad review and go else where, these medical professionals here at Lake Oconee Urgent&specialty are highly trained to spot addicts. So please seek help else where.

Never been there, but they keep emailing me someone elses info. No way to unsubscribe, cant contact them via email ( the email address on their website IS INVALID - EMAILS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE), and I refuse to incur long-distance phone costs to fix THEIR mistake.

Horrible!! Have no idea what they are doing at the front desk. Every time I have been in I have been told something is wrong with my insurance when nothing is & they charged me wrong multiple times. I wouldnt even give them one star but I had too.

Horrible place to go the whole staff is very unprofessional and just dont know what they are doing if the Dr wants patients I suggest they hire staff with more experience with medical office setting I wouldnt suggest this eatonton office to no one

When I cant get my children into their pediatrician we go to Lake Oconee Urgent Care. They are great people with wonderful bedside manor. The wait can be long at times but when the office is full anywhere, you have to wait.

Competent doctors and staff. I have always had a good experience here. Sometimes you do have to wait to be seen as with any walk in facility. Great for weekend emergencies too.
