I have been here 2 times now. Very unprofessional setting. The staff are always very rude and seemingly have an attitude. I understand these types of work environments are stressful and frustrating for the staff but this is just ridiculous. First time there, there was blood on the floor in my little room. They attempted to clean it up but still had blood on the floor. It was disgusting and unsanitary. The 2nd time I was there....attitude from all the nurses and doctors. They literally did nothing for me and I am getting charged out the wazoo! I heard 2 male nurses cussing....talking loudly and very unprofessional. I heard them talking and laughing about patients they once had. I heard a specific convo about a lady they had that was balding and hearing voices inside ER head. They were just laughing....HIPAA privacy act people! I will never ever go here again! Thank you for being the most unprofessional ER I have ever been to!

My experience at HFH Fairlane today was long, but awesome. One of the nurses was 100% wonderful. I think her name is Clarice. She trained me on using crutches after the first nurse just handed them to me, gave me a brief introduction on how to use them and sent me on mt way. Clarice saw that they were not the correct size crutches for me and went and got the right size, instructed me extensively how to use them, and after seeing I was very unsteady on them, she offered to wheel me out to my car which was extremely appreciated. She is a 5 star employee.

My parents have been coming here over 30 years. Seems to be going downhill. Everytime we come there is always a 50 to 60 minute wait for dr visits. Always changing Drs in internal medicine and unless you want to see your pcp you better call 2 months in advance. Have been at urgent care for 2 hours now and still waiting. Parking at front entrance is not the best you are better going and parking near ER and using back entrance. Lots of specialized Drs here but once again you are waiting months to get appt. Not medical office that I remember growing up.

No one likes to go to the hospital, on 9/1/16 I went to the ER at fairlane, It was Ready to sit for hours, but to my surprise it was not like that at all. I checked in at 3:05 pm I seen the nurse and the doctor within the first 15 minutes, my whole experience there was amazing, the staff was great from the time I walked in till I left at 4:45pm and that was waiting on 3 prescriptions from the pharmacy as well. All I can say is excellent job Henry Ford Fairyland! I will make this my hospital.

Waited 2.5hrs in the waiting room after they checked me in. Its now going on an hour in a bed and I havent seen anyone but the guy who asked for my insurance card. Update: visit took just over 4hrs. The doctor saw me for 5 minutes, didnt inspect me in any way, prescribed two medications, and walked out. Ive been billed $1,883 for this experience.

I was late to my appointment because on construction and traffic. I tried calling 10 minutes before and kept trying to call up till 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Not one time did they answer. Only to be told I had to reschedule!! The receptionist was very loud and rude about it. Needless to say, I will never go there again.

Have been going here over 20 years and I have never been disappointed. Everything is there and all the departments give great service. My doctor is very knowledgeable and I never had a problem getting in to see him when I needed medical attention. I would recommend Henry Ford medical center to everyone in Southwest Detroit...

They have the best urgent care ever two of the many times Ive gone there I was knocking on deaths door once I had a massive heart attack and the other pneumonia and the flu both times I didnt know it was as severe as it was but they took immediate great care of me thank God for their timely response I owe them my life twice

Came in to get a cast on my foot, amazing staff, fast and was seen by the doctor within 30 mins of registration, nurse and X-ray staff where so kind and wishing me a speedy recovery. One thing that made me give 4/5 stars is that I could hear every patients business, from 3 beds away, HIPPA laws should be in place

Worst ever. Playing around nurses and doctors leaving people in pain inside thier rooms worst 3xperience . Dont ever come here garden city is the way to go. They will make u suffer pain while enjoing thier mcdls drinks and working at the same time.. so unprofessional and doctors dont care

I am from out of town, in Dearborn for a conference. I needed to see a doctor, however, and went to the walk-in clinic. Everyone was kind, helpful, and informative. They clearly posted the wait time and kept it updated, and I was on my way much more quickly than I imagined. Lovely place.

Dr. Jennifer Stevenson is un freakin believable. She is awesome. On a scale of 1 to amazimg she is unreal. My younger brother and I came in so he can get stitches and I loved the way she treated. She is very polite, caring, and compassionate. Great experience at an ER all thanks to her!!

Been going here for over 10 years. You dont have to wait to see a Dr., I am usually seen within 5 minutes after I am in room. Good doctors and a lot of facilities onsight so you rarely have to go to a hospital. Have been to others and will stay here it works for me.

I travel for work and wound up sick in Dearborn during an out of town trip. Showed up at the clinic and got in to see a doc within 20 minutes. The staff was professional and friendly. I really, really appreciated their services and their helpfulness. Good people.

The nurse was loud and unprofessional. I came inside to not being able to speak and being in alot of pain amongst other things. The nurse is your yelling my prescriptions out as if I was deaf. So much for discretion and patient confidentiality.

I went in for an eye infection and found their process very efficient and friendly. I used their online tool to make my appointment and it could not be easier. The added bonus of having a pharmacy in the lobby just made my visit so easy.

mehh...it was alright, nurses were quite rude make you feel less of a person, theyre loud and obnoxious and cant seem to stop running their mouths even when they have a patient theyre supposed to tend to. Doctors were alright though.

Loud and obnoxious staff outside patients room, staff members yelling across the room instead of walking over to each other. 3-4 hours for ultrasound and X-ray which is not bad compared to other hospitals.

Very knowledgeable staff, convenient pharmacy and lab, office hours are great, can make early or late appointments depending upon schedule. Cafe, ample parking, close to shopping and freeway.
