I went to this clinic to for Immigration Medical Examination since this doctor was a USCIS authorized doctor. Just one thing, if you have already had immunizations done and hold proof of the immunizations and do not get any vaccinations done at this doctors place then you are screwed. The doctor and his staff will make sure you are given a very hard time for having immunizations done. He will never give you complete information about the documents required as proof of your immunizations, that you have already had before, to be brought from your prior personal physician or family doctor and then once you bring that incomplete proof that he requested, he will make you run back and forth to your personal physician to get complete proof about your immunizations. Only if you get all the vaccinations done at his clinic, he will complete your form and the whole process will be done in a week, else you are screwed.

BEWARE, I called this place at work and asked if they would accept I was a new walk in and they said yes as long as you come before 3pm. I drove to the location that was listed on google that I thought I called and then when I saw they were closed this was 2:20pm they told me no were at the other location. It would of been nice to be told that since the information they put online is wrong. I drove to the other location and got their at 2:40pm and then was told even though they close at 4 that since I have insurance and im a new patient that it would take to long to process to come back tomorrow??? I left work to go their was told the wrong address and the wrong info for nothing. The staff all need to get fired and this place needs new management. DO NOT GO HERE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I came there because of sore throat. It was my first time in this office and my experience was awesome. Office looks nice and staff works very efficiently. Girls on the front desk were kind and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bright, I did not feel any bad smell. Office is very advanced and they have all health records in the computer system and patient protal where I was able to look up my lab results online. I was indeed very impressed with their advanced paperless office. Dr. Jaddou was very carrying to me, he listened carefully and gave me the treatment which made my life so much better. I would recommend Somerset clinic to all my family and friends!

Terrible. Not helpful at all and very expensive for very little service. They threatened go send my bill to collections after I left them multiple calls and voice mails indicating I was willing to pay, thier 3rd party billing service never returned one phone call and never answered. They also called people I know who go to this doctor to get me to pay. Extremely unprofessional, I will never return to this facility and our family will be taking our business elsewhere.

A very bad experience I was never seen at my appointment. I always have to wait for a long time. Last time I had to wait for an hour to be seen. The doctor is very rude, barely talks to you or look at you. He often wears a dirty lab coat and the whole place is not that clean. Instead of asking me more questions about my medical history he asked about ethnicity and religion. I am looking for a new doctor now

Staff forgot to give back my ID and insurance card. Sent my prescriptions to wrong pharmacy. Doctor did not help me at all, I came in for chest pain and he wanted to send me to a therapist. I asked what I should do about the pain and he prescribed me aspirin same strength I had at home which I had already told him didnt work. I found a new doctor and have no complaints there.

This office is a true family clinic. I have seen doctor Jaddou because I had multiple health problems. After short waiting time, I was seeing by medical assistant and then by doctor himself. He listened to carefully and prescribed meds which worked! He recommended great specialists in area of my other medical issues and they all were good professionals. Good job Dr.Jaddou!

Ive been going to this doctor for a few years now. Not so great, but I didnt have the time to look for another doctor. Lots of trainees lately, doctor wears dirty white shirt sometimes, misdiagnosed my back pain. The trigger to dump this doctor is making me pay late fee after missing the due date on a bill. Unusual practice for doctors office.

Dr Jaddou and his staff were pleasant and accommodating to my health care needs. I would recommend this office to everyone. I was very pleased with the time provided to me by Dr Jaddou to address my questions and concerns regarding my medical needs. The office hours are convenient and there are 2 locations that are about 5 miles apart.

One of the worst places , the staff are idiots , they do not communicate with insurance, they do not care if your result have a serious issues , It took forever to get your referrals . Scam people and never explain how insurance work . i would give them 0 on everything .
