My first time back to the dentist in far too long and I couldnt have been treated better. The staff here was very pleasant and helpful when I came in. Kristina was the best dental assistant Ive ever encountered. Her constant positivity was very reassuring and calmed my nerves putting me at ease by the time the Doctor came in. Dr. Kokorelis explained my exam thoroughly and laid out a work plan in very clear and easy to understand terms. Which was very appreciated. Chris the hygenist cleaned my teeth with a very gentle hand and was very helpful in explaining better ways to care for my teeth. She was extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend Parkville Family Dentistry to anyone I know. And if you are considering the office I would say, dont debate it, setup your appointment now!

New location & name (formerly DiPaula Dentistry but Dr. DiPaula is retiring) - same fantastic dentists and staff! I have been seeing Dr. Chapla for a couple of years now and they just moved to this new facility in January 2017 and rebranded as Parkville Family Dentistry. I met Dr Kokorelis (the new dentist taking over for Dr. DiPaula) and he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional as well. Shelby, my hygienist, handled my cleaning and did a fantastic job and was great to chat with also. I look forward to continuing to get all of my dental check-ups and needs handled by Parkville Family Dentistry and suggest you all do the same!

I had a horrible tooth ache last week. I found Parkville Family Dentistry on google. When I called I was so pleased that they could get me in that very same day and that they could even accommodate me coming after work. I think Dr. Kokorelis actually stayed late to see me. This impressed me so much. By the end of the appointment he had taken the time to explain what was causing the pain and the different options to fix it. I elected to save the tooth and I dont have any regrets! I found Dr. Kokoreliss prices to be reasonable and his dedication impressive. Ill surely return for preventative care and anything else I may need in the future.

I had broken a tooth and didnt have a regular dentist in Maryland, I moved here from CA about 4 years ago so I searched the member listing for my insurance and came across Parkville Family Dentistry. I have always been a bit apprehensive when it comes to dentists, they can be dealers in pain in my opinion, but I must say I was very impressed with this operation, the doctor was very professional and we talked over every option before they did anything, and I am happy to say the procedure was painless! I have no qualms now with dental procedures and have found my regular dentist! Highly recommended!!

1/24/17 I called to make a dental appointment as a new patient for myself and my boyfriend but the receptionist was highly rude. I believe her name is Stacy. She basically was not of any help when I asked which types of insurance the office accepts. She also denied the office operating on a Saturday schedule when the Parkville family dentistry website states otherwise (Saturday hours 9am-2pm). To make a long story short her manner over the phone was highly unpleasant, unprofessional and short. That is their loss of business and I will look for services elsewhere.

I had my first appointment at 34 weeks pregnant. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating with my insurance and planning future visits. The waiting area is clean and quiet...and my appointment began soon after I checked in! My dental hygienist, Ms. Chris was sweet and eased my nerves during the exam and cleaning. The dentist, Dr. Kokorelis was very thorough and informative. I have had very bad experiences in other dental offices, but this place made me very comfortable. I will be returning again!

I have been a patient of Dr. Grills for 6 yrs now. Dr. Grill has the most compassionate and gentle demeanor. I never have trouble scheduling an appointment and even needed an emergency visit for which Dr. Grill came in on his day off to accommodate me. He genuinely cares about his patients. My 4 year old daughter is also a patient of Dr. Grills and he is great with her! She is completely at ease with him. Love his Office Staff too - Monique and Sharon are very friendly, yet still professional.

Really appreciate the service and Dr. James Kokorelis expertise. He was very thorough and detailed. He accommodated me for a root canal inspire of having a full schedule and saved my tooth and my money, when my current dentist recommendation was to extract it and then an implant in future. Will have all future dental visits for myself and my family here. Thank you Dr. Kokorelis and his assistant Angela who made the visit and experience extremely comfortable.

I took a chance on finding a dentist online and boy am I glad I did. THIS WAS THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE THAT ID HAD IN A LONG LONG TIME. Everything about the office was welcoming to include the front desk staff to the dental assistant to the dentist himself and then to the dental hygienist. I hate the dentist, and I get anxious when having to visit one.. Dr. Kokorelis made me feel comfortable, and at ease... I have been there for multiple (generally unpleasant) dental procedures and I wasnt worried or anxious.. Dr. Kokorelis has a good disposition and calming nature... Its very rare that you find a dentist you trust, and makes you feel as if youre in good hands. I strongly recommend Dr. Kokorelis.

I highly recommend Parkville Family Dentistry. I recently moved to the area and my tooth started hurting Friday night and they saw me Saturday morning with a moments notice! The staff and service was excellent and very accommodating. Everything went very smoothly and the quality of the care and workmanship was top notch. Came in to get my teeth cleaned and cavity filled and I was given the best service. I have seen Dr. Chapla, I was so satisfied with her treatment, the office was really professional and clean. The technologies inside the clinic were very advanced. The staff is excellent and super friendly. They are all top of the line professionals, with superb workmanship, artistry and state of equipment.

Best experience at the dentist ever! I felt comfortable as soon as a walked by the décor and the friendly by name greeting I got. From the young lady at the front desk to the dentist, everyone is extremely nice and professional. My upcoming treatment plan was explained to in full detail so I had no questions about what my next step would be. Great office.

Dr Kokorelis and the staff were amazing. I had a root canal done today and the entire process was painless including the numbing needle. I called earlier in the morning and received a 12:00 appointment - it doesnt get much better than that! I also had to bring my six month old grandson along and the staff was also great with him.
