always thought Dr. perry and his staff were great. Ive been going there since i was little. that changed this year. Dr. Perry has a new office mgr. may of 2013, I went for some work; had it done w/o any problems. this month (Jan 2014), i had two wisdom teeth that were infected...i was in serious pain. I tried to schedule an appt. to get the work done & was told that i had a balance from the earlier work & it needed paid before they would do the new work. I talked to mgr. and explained i never got a bill, considering i have two dental insurances plus aflac. The mgr. shows me what shes getting ready to send to my 2nd insurance company for the previous work. They are JUST NOW sending in for almost a year ago. No wonder they never got paid. so here i am in pain and calling them every day to work out a pymt plan cause i have been with them for 30+ yrs and cause I have NEVER had a balance. Dr perry refused to talk to me and his mgr was never there or returned calls. Some loyalty

Best dentist I have ever been to. He was the first to accurately diagnose my wifes issues, which have ended now that she has been seeing him for her dental work. His therapy dogs are gorgeous, and super friendly (in response to the dog hater that posted before). There are plenty of studies that support Dr. Perrys use of therapy animals. I am glad for them, because I personally have an irrational fear of dentist and have experienced little to no anxiety at Dr. Perrys practice. Great dentist and a very nice fellow to boot!

The doctor isnt clear about anything. Said we would do one thing for treatment but submitted completely different plan of action to my insurance. Refuses to talk in Lehmans terms and the secretary is not helpful. I have been laughed at for trying to understand what is happeneing. Total small town nonsense, just go to a real dentists. Weird with kids.

This was a terrible experience for me and he had "therapy dogs" running around in the office where patients were being treated. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
