My experience was absolutely amazing! NO complaints! This was my sons first visit to the dentist & I was terrified because he doesnt even like me to brush his teeth but this could not have been a more perfect first visit for him! Everything from the environment to the staff was more then I couldve hoped for. The waiting area was so cute & had toys my son loved & three different height tablets on the wall for the kids to use. The front desk assistant was super friendly & welcoming. The hygienist, Shannon we had was incredible! She made him feel special & involved, which in turn calmed me down also. The exam rooms are HUGE! They definitely strive for quality over quantity because they couldve easily fit one, if not two more exam chairs in the room but instead they left it wide open with toys & special themes & stickers on the walls & ceiling. The dentist herself was also amazing. She was very patient & even when my son got a little fidgety she switched tactics to make him more comfortable. Once the exam was done they gave me a report card which I thought was great! Then they gave him stickers, sunglasses & have their own toy machine that they give them a gold coin to put in & get a prize out which my son LOVED! I could not recommend this office higher! I wish I couldve given them 10 stars! My son is 3 now & we definitely will continue to go there until he outgrows a pediatric dentist!

We switched our boys (4 & 1) because we wanted a great pediatric dentist for years to come and the reviews I read convinced me this was the dentist for us. We decided to go out of our county due to our previous pediatric dentist not giving us that warm feeling and always seemed to be way too busy/overwhelmed based on the distant appointment scheduling and lack of time spent in the room. Smile Castle was everything we hoped for and more! Dr. Hwang is super sweet, really informative and patient with my questions and my boys short attention span. She even addressed and provided treatment on a concerning issue with my older sons tooth that I had been concerned about and the previous dentist was just "watching it." All of the staff there were amazing and wonderful at their job. We are beyond happy we made the switch! The office was clean, very kid friendly and an easy to access location. I couldnt believe how fast they called us back and my boys got seen. This is certainly the best pediatric dentist in the area; at least for Calvert and St.Marys County (cant speak on behalf of Charles)!

My 4 year old shocked me at her visit today! I thought she would be nervous as usual, but that wasnt the case. We give all credit to smile castle and their staff! From entering to exiting the facility, was beyond our expectations. The Dr. was very thorough and knowledgeable, she was willing to entertain any and all concerns that I had. The dental assistant was very kind to my child which made her comfortable, she even completed a series of x-rays, wow!!! The receptionist was very warming. Its always nice to be greeted with a huge smile and a warm welcome. She even took out the time to help my child with the tablets they have displayed on their wall for the kids to play with (another great aspect of this establishment). Its very kid friendly. My child left with a huge smile on her face and was excited to tell her father about her great experience at the dentist. You guys are the best!!! Thank you for such a great experience.

From the moment you arrive at Smile Castle, every moment is magical. The lobby is wonderfully designed with a castle theme and a bright playroom with tablets mounted on the walls and toy tables. The receptionist has always been polite and there are small waters available for your convenience. When taken to the back, the dental staff was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about getting to know about my daughters dental health history. The staff took their time. I did not feel rushed at all. The dentist explained the further treatments my daughter would need in a thorough manner and provided me with a detailed schedule of the treatments needed. The exam areas are well-spaced and there are even more play tables which are great for distracting the siblings. We got new toothbrush kits and stickers when we left. Overall, a very caring and positive experience for parent and child.

I dont usually leave reviews, but this was such a good experience. If you have kids this is THE BEST pediatric dentist in the area. My son has 8 caps on his teeth put on here. One of them got an infection 5 months later and the Dr. Took care of it immediately for me. Plus, shes awesome with kids and works efficiently, swiftly, while still keeping the childs concerns and fears first. They never see the needle or blood because shes so excellent. The entire staff is professional and sweet from the front desk to the techs. Dont hesitate to come here!

It was already a wow for me and jaylynn 9 yrs old .when walking in to a clean and a castle filled with lots to do for kids and so pretty . Everyone there i cant say anything more than GREAT . THEY ALL SMILE. TALK TO YA . LISTEN . AND MOST OF ALL JAYLYNN CANT WAIT TO GO BACK LOL .NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD HERE A KID SAY THAT . THEY TOOK 2 UPPER TEETH OUT AND FILLED A CAVITIE. This was my sons first appointment at Smile Castle after transferring from anther dentist. The office is clean and nicely decorated. Very kid friendly! The staff is very friendly and professional. The dentist and staff worked really well with my son, they explained every thing to him and he was very comfortable every step of the way. He is a member of the "no cavity club" See you in 6 months! My experience at Smile Castle was stellar! The staff were friendly, caring, professional and were very informative. The office was very clean and the atomosphere was warm and inviting. My daughter was reassured and comforted by the dentist and the dental assistant that they would take good care of her. Her worries, were diminished after that. This was my toddlers first dentist appointment! The office was so kid friendly i.e. Bright colors, touch pads mounted to wall, busy bead blocks. The staff was so kind & inviting to my dear. Dr. Hwang was very gentle & caring to my toddler... she explained everything to me and my toddler. My son didnt fuss at all! What a great experience! I would recommend Smile Castle to any of my friends with little ones

We had a SUPERB experience!! The staff were very friendly and professional. The office was super clean and beautifully decorated. Dr. Hwang was wonderful with our 3 kids. She was very thorough and caring, and made them at ease. We drove 1 1/2 hours just to see her because our children love her so much and they do not want to go anywhere else but here. Thank you, Dr. Hwang and the staff!!
