I have never had a problem here until recently. The whole reason I started going here was because I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, my mom saw something about this office in a magazine, it said it had top of the line brand new painless procedures and that he worked with many different kinds of patients including mentally challenged and people with anxiety. First of all they no longer have laughing gas, they dont supply it anymore. I was sitting in the dentist chair today and dr Gordon bell himself said "So are we actually going to do this today?" With an unprofessional attitude. I replied "yes" and laid back in the chair, with tears in my eyes clearly having a panic attack but ready to proceed with my treatment, and he said "we need to have a talk, you cant do this everytime you come in here, youre covered in tattoos and you need to get a grip" I got up took everything off and walked out and I quote, a legitimate Doctor with a degree said that to my face. I will never return here and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional he is. Anxiety isnt something that can be turned off and having him judge me on my tattoos and compare that to dental work is disturbing and sick. Plus a couple months ago one of my fillings he completed just popped out and I had to have it put back in, my insurance wouldnt cover it because it wasnt even a year old and I had to pay out of pocket for their faulty work.

Ive been going to Dr. Bell now for over ten years after shopping around for a dentist. Dr. Bell has the latest technology to ensure the best results for your dental health. Ive had a complete over haul to my existing metal filling and have been on a six month regular visit to maintain his work. He truly cares about you and your entire health, because of his practice of taking blood pressure during every visit I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and now taking medication for it. They also had me take a test for sleep apnea and found out that I needed to be treated for that also. Everyone is genuinely friendly and Dr. Bell is very engaging and enthusiastic about what he does. If your dental hygiene is important to you, Dr. Bell is the right place to go....He Truly Goes The Extra sMile!

How long do you wait for an appointment? Dr. Bells office has respect for your life schedules and accountability that they stick to their schedule. I joke with people that Im working on my million dollar smile because of all the problems I have had with my teeth since being a teenager. With all those problems come many, many appointments. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be taken back. Even the pediatric dentist that we used to go before transferring them to Dr. Bell also.

I have been going to Dr. Bell since early 2000s. His dental practice is great for both routine visits and cosmetic dentistry. Had to have both front teeth repaired and you cannot tell the difference between these and my actual adult teeth. Staff is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Ive even moved to a neighboring state and still make a point of coming back to them for my 6-month dental visits. Highly recommend this practice!

Ive gone to Dr Bell since I was a kid and never had any issues with him, hes done the best work Ive seen in York and I would highly recommend him. My husband had a chipped tooth that he had to keep going back to his dentist to get fixed every year just because it wasnt holding up and the filling would fall out. I referred him to Dr Bell and after his appointment his new filling is still holding up, 4 years later, it was very well done!

I have been a patient with Dr Bell for over 20 years. He and his staff have been outstanding in caring for my dental health. He has the best equipment money can buy and is knowledgeable about every aspect of dentistry. He even came in to his office once ...on a Sunday... when I had a dental emergency that could not wait. There is no better dentist than Dr. Bell. I would recommend him to anyone in need of the best in dental care.

I have worked for Dr. Gordon Bell for over 13 years. I love working at the center for dental excellence because of the patient-centered approach to care. The whole team works very hard to offer comprehensive care with exceptional customer service in a fun atmosphere ( Our many patients can attest to this). I could not imagine working anywhere else. As long as Dr. Bell is practicing, I will be working for him.

Though I dont care for dental visits I have always been comfortable with my visits to Dr. Bells office. Be it just a cleaning or a procedure I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The staff is always great. Whilst I may have to draw the line at saying I enjoyed the visits, that certainly is no reflection on Dr. Bell or his staff they are terrific.
