The first night the nurses skipped my moms pain meds because they thought she was asleep. She heard them say, "Theres no point in waking her up." Later she called for help going to the restroom. The nurse told her she wasnt going to put her back brace on her because she couldnt figure it out. When my mom insisted that it was necessary, the nurse told her, "Fine. But I dont know how the top clips work so Im not going to touch them." My mom called me in desperate pain and when I rushed up there the charge nurse was very apologetic and said she would address the issue with the night crew. Needless to say it didnt get better. Someone tried to force my mom to do physical therapy and she told them not to touch her. The response was, "Ill be back in an hour then." She called me in pain again because they STILL didnt get her pain meds correct. After only 2 days, Im getting her out. She needs medical care while recovering from back surgery but definitely not there!

Went to check on my father the day he was transferred, the person at the check-in desk never looked up, we were never given a code to access his information. The nutrition person walked in and rudely asked if he was done with his tray, never introduced herself. There werent any nurses names on the board. We were unable to visit with him on Christmas Day.

I was so thankful for Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington. The rooms were private so I got to stay with my mom. Everyone was so nice. Her nurses kept us informed of what was going on and the therapy was wonderful! If you need rehab, this is the place to be!!!

I went to visit my father and was waiting outside the room with my family. The nurse came out and asked, sternly, "can I help you?" So rude. We were told we couldnt visit that evening and will have to come back the next day.

Terrible, incompetent nurses. They act like they dont want you there and are extremely neglectful towards patients. My father had to go BACK to the hospital after being admitted there due to their incompetence. AVOID!!!
