I have been to Pine Ridge Pet Clinic many times over the years as well as other clinics in the area. I like Pine Ridge the best because I believe they are run like a true medical facility. They have more staff members than Ive seen at other clinics, which is a good thing. All of them are kind, helpful, and most importantly knowledgable. My dogs and cats have experienced almost every procedure there from neutering to euthanizing. They are prepared for anything. I usually dont write reviews, but I was inspired to because of one of the other reviews for them. You will know the one when you see it. Check out her other reviews. Pine Ridge deserves to be noticed for what they truly are and not the momentary subject of some generally unhappy person. Theres no pleasing someone like that.

I found out about this boarding facility after my regular place did not call me and tell me they had kennel cough and temporarily closed their facility. I had 15 minutes to find another place since I was flying out of the country for two weeks. Pine Ridge and all its staff are a Godsend! My baby loves it there and gets so happy when he knows we are pulling into the parking lot. I will not board my dog anywhere else. Everyone is professional and loves what they do. It comes through in every interaction. I cant understand what a few of the reviewers here are talking about. If you have an issue, you should state it clearly and not just give a bad review without a valid comment to back it up. Thanks Pine Ridge for the great work you do!

The staff and the vet were very nice and the facility was really clean and professional. Only two issues: I made an appointment to get vaccines only because I had lost my records on a recent trip. Instead of getting an exam, I chose to sign a waiver. The only problem was with 3 dogs all over 10 years old, I could only get a 1 year rabies for each of them, even though I had copies of their old vaccination records. I was told, I could get a 3 year vaccination if I paid for an exam visit. This is just gouging! My second complain is that they have a cat that runs loose in the facility. Lucky for me I took allergy medicine before I went otherwise, Id have had a problem.

Very unfortunate, but Pine Ridge lost my business, today. Ive been a customer of Pine Ridge for several years, but was not allowed to make an appointment due to an issue with account names on file. Found the attitude of the desk staff to be unacceptable and unyielding. I have great respect for the veterinarians and technicians who have cared for my dogs and cat over the years. Will miss you, Dr. Fanscher an staff. Thank you for the care youve provided.

Took my little leopard gecko here to be treated for what turned out to be an abscess. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and they were so kind and caring! They were quick and very helpful. I was expecting a hefty bill since he is considered an "exotic" pet, but the procedure and antibiotics were absolutely affordable. Would highly recommend these guys and will certainly be repeat customers. Thank you for taking such great care of my reptile baby!

Wow and wow what a great staff! After relocating to Osteen, we needed a new vet for our cats. One was a bit sick and they asked us to come in immediately. Dr. Gray took an incredible amount of time helping us understand the diagnosis, and they followed up several times regarding her condition. Weve found a permanent new vet with people who really care...Will strongly recommend them!

We have had many dogs, cats, rabbits, chinchilla, etc., treated by Dr. Fansher and his team. Also, we have boarded numerous animals on many occasions. This is a top flight group of people to put in care of your family pet.
