The optometrist was super helpful and very knowledgeable! My only problem with the eye exam was that I made an appt for noon but wasnt taken in until around forty-five minutes later. Im assuming they just had a bit of a bad day, so I wont hold it against them. Id definitely get an eye exam here again. Especially since they only cost fifty dollars opposed to some places that push over a hundred dollars. Waiting just gave me more time to browse, anyway! The employees working the front were relatively helpful although they werent exactly up to date on pricing options or how a lot of insurances worked. They were very nice though and the women helping me even helped bring the cost down as best as she could, which was very sweet. The store itself has a pretty good selection of frames but its obvious they are pretty much supported by Ray Bans. Which I wont complain about because I love me Ray Ban! The prices are about the same opposed to the actual Ray Ban website. Speaking in terms of buying glasses, I was kind of shocked at the price. I dropped over 250 on a pair of glasses with the cheapest lens without anti-glare and etc. So overall, I think Ill definitely go through Target optics for future eye exams but I might look to an online glasses shop (possible bonlook or warby parker or something of the sort) to cut down on the cost and time, seeing how Ill have to wait around two to three weeks for glasses! Just a small yikes!

Celebration Cruise Trip

I have purchased glasses here before. The young ladies at the front and when answering the phone were nice. Some how my appointment was kicked out and that made the doctor mad (I guess he was leaving early). One of my BIGGEST aggravations with this location is you cant get them by phone on a Sunday. I called for approximately 2 hrs. When trying to get help from the operator she just keeps transferring you while saying that a separate department. She also offered to give me the direct number so i can try again later. When I was trying to let her know that I was calling and it was busy and when she transfers me it just beeping. She then gave me different hours from the website ( they close at 5p she told me 7p) and let me know that I can use that direct number. So this review is more so about not being able to get in on a Sunday. Maybe Ill try during the week.

Skip it. For convenience it is tempting since it is located in the target but the customer service is awful. I had contact orders go missing, several appointments made at the incorrect time, etc.

Just bad service. When they answer the phone and they are busy they Just hang-up on you and keep the phone off the hook.
