I like nothing about Visionworks!!!! I have a pair of glasses from another optical store and my vision with that pair of glasses is crystal clear! I had my eyes examined at Visionworks then bought glasses and not happy with either of them. I have to take my glasses off to do close work or read. By the way, my prescription has not changed since my last exam and previous glasses. I recently wanted to purchase safety glasses from a company online. I called Visionworks to get my PD measurement (pupil distance)that they have on record. I was told that they dont give that out. I asked for the manager, if I really got the manager, and was told very rudely that they dont give that out! I asked why and was again told rudely "We are not able to give that out!" So if you dont purchase from them youll not be able to get your own information from them!! Theyll give you your vision info but not the needed PD measurement! I learned how to measure this on my own. The rudeness was why I am writing this review.

Wow - Bad, Bad, Bad --- purchased cleaning products and the box said just bring in the bottle.. Well I did come in and I was informed "We dont have any refills solution" Is this a class action lawsuit? I think they lied.. Have anyone else have the original box? Because I do...I think I need my 6.99 back because they lied....

Excellent customer service. My wife went in to have minor repair done on her glasses. The repair was done while she waited and she was very satisfied.
