My second experience with this eye doctor. Both times I have seen Dr. Ma. I love her. She is bright, sweet but also extremely on the ball. She executes every appointment with grace and knowledge but she also talks to you and takes an interest in you, not just the medical side of things. She is a pleasure to see. On my most recent visit, I had tons of questions about our new insurance. I was not sure what was covered or what I should do to maximize my benefits. Also I needed new frames and lenses and they were beyond helpful in that department too. They carry all of the big label designers like Dior, Tiffany, Channel, Coach, Prada, and Kate Spade but they also have many bargain frames that wont cost you anything out of pocket if you have insurance (most of the time). Everyone there is helpful, knowledgable and extremely friendly. More over, the office is very nice and clean. Its up to date and everyone working there appear very happy and fulfilled by their jobs. Thats nice to see. No one wants to patronize an unhappy work place.

Zero stars. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm and I arrived on time at 3:25pm, but didnt end up leaving the eye center until 5:30pm. It took 50 minutes until I actually saw Dr. Ma and the total amount of physical face-to-face time with her was maybe 20 minutes. Overall, I spent 2 hours at the eye center, of which over an hour and half consisted of me waiting to be seen. They also charged me for a $40 contact lens exam that I had specifically emphasized that I didnt need when I made my appointment and before my exam even started because I did not need another contact lens exam since it was less than a year before my last one was completed. Waste of my time and money. Dishonest and shameful service. Take your business elsewhere.

My family has been coming here for several years. I wear contacts, and 3 kids that wear glasses and / or contacts. Dr. Ma and Her entire staff were truly amazing. They are knowledgeable, caring, responsive, very timely with appointments, and will jump through hoop to help you. Dr. Ma takes time with us every time - through exam, ask questions and takes time to answer all of yours. I never have felt rushed or confused. And everyone at the front desk are top notch. They truly are committed to *patient care*. I highly recommend Dempster Eye Center.

I just went there to get my first pair of glasses.. The staff there is very nice and they genuinely seem to care... I love my new glasses they fit me perfectly and look great! The doctor made sure i was happy with my purchase and was very helpful.. I dont know what these other people are talking about.. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs eye care.. Quick service, quality care, and friendly help.. 5 stars

I have been a patient of Dr. Sunae Ma for roughly ten years and have not gone elsewhere since, due to her outstanding knowledge, care and service. I have never had issues with my (soft) contacts or lenses. Her diagnosis is always accurate and all my prescriptions work well to help improve my vision. Her staff is very amiable and knowledgeable as well, and together as a team, they provide the utmost quality vision care.

Wonderful staff, excellent service! Its been a long time since I visited the Dempster Eye Center since I moved to California. My son took an exam and he got new glasses here. He was very happy with his visit. Dr.Ma is very professional and is the best optometrist! I definitely recommend Dempster Eye Center if you live in the Chicago area for a new optometrist.

I bought at least 100 pairs of glasses in the past, but Ive never experienced such services before. Sunny Moon helped me through every steps in getting a perfect pair of glasses.. Sunny is the most kind person that Ive met in my life. If you go there, ask for Sunnnnnnnnny !!!!!!! I SAID SUNNY !! and I will say it again. Her name is Sunny Moon !!

Not recommended to go Never ever Customer service is shiti, make sure when u guys go in ask them how much they charge they tell u some thing else and charge some thing else I have a insurance and I dont know why they charge me $55 for some thing she dont even know when I ask her to call supervisor she was busy Not recommended to go there

Dr. Ma consistently provides excellent service. Her staff is friendly and they have a wide range of designer frames to choose from. Her office has a modern touch to it but the seating in waiting area is scarce. The parking lot is great though. I like this office a lot better since she has moved here.

The absolute worst customer service. And when I talked to the doctor on the phone, she was extremely rude, I was honestly at a loss for words. I plan to leave as soon as possible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
