Absolutely the worst primary care i have ever been to. I dont even know where to start with this place and its staff. The 2.3 overall rating on here is actually in my opinion a higher rating then they deserve. For starters the employees at the front desk are rude and incredible useless. They dont provide good information and they cant seem to schedule an appointment without messing up the date or time. Secondly upon reading the other reviews I noticed some people saying "The doctors are great" I am 100% baffled by this. These doctors are terrible to say the least. I have been going in to see doctor Grenardo for a few years now. He use to be okay until he decided to become a movie star with his commercial producing and take on too many patients for his own handling. In my experience I found myself feeling very ill. I use to be 210 pounds and noticed that I had dropped down to 140 Lbs in months with many painful and annoying complication. Instead of performing simple blood tests and ordering the necessary procedures to find out why I was having so many complications my man Grenardo and his other associates were more than positive that I was a drug addict going crazy. After drug testing me multiple times, them and Grenardo being positive that my weight loss was due to me being a drug addict, they then switched the Idea once they found I was clean, they tried to convince me that my symptoms were all in my head. At one point they actually had me believing that I was crazy or something and was imaging my symptoms. For months I had been having sever complications with energy, brain fog, weight, etc etc. After having enough of doctor Grenardo and his unprofessional staff I switched to UC Health primary care that was no more then a few miles away. Within one week the nurse practitioner there was able to diagnose me by taking a simple blood test and found that my thyroid was the root of my symptoms. I was prescribed a thyroid medication and guess what.... Not only is my weight slowly coming back on I feel more energized, happy, and overall my symptoms have improved drastically. These employees at Cornerstar are a joke. They would rather drug test me over and over and over again and then when they couldnt find anything say "Its in your head" rather than performing simple tests. There has been other incidents of unprofessional work here. My favorite is when they finally STD tested me they called me up and told me I had something that I end up not having!!! Other incidents include giving results for family members, friends and myself for things we werent even tested for.... I have never had such a depressing period in my life. I could go on about the slip ups, irritation, and downright rude nature of this primary care and its staff, but this review is long enough. I urge anyone to switch or find a new primary care if you are looking for one. You will thank yourself later.

I put up with their completely incompetent office staff because I liked my doctor. Now that the doctor is gone, I am no longer a patient. When I tried to get my medical records sent to a specialist in the summer of 2012, it took 2 months to get incomplete records sent. I finally had to go in and yell at the office staff repeatedly for them to take care of it. Now that I have new insurance and am having them send my records to my new doctor, it is just a repeat of before. One written request a month ago and another two weeks ago. They only have a record of me turning one in and just this morning are now processing it after me yelling at them... again. Billing matters happen a bit smoother/quicker since it means cash in for them. Contacting their management "centura" is a waste of time as they dont deal with medical records or contact the facility when you do have complaints/problems. Records are outsourced to a 3rd party called mrocorp. They are as helpful as centura when it comes to getting your records... They point you back to Access and tell you good luck. Conclusion: If you have a doctor there you absolutely love, then it may be worth the headache of having to hound them for something as simple as a returning a call and horrendous record access (lol).

This place sucks. My husband and I can only take so much medical staff turnover (weve been switched 3 times in less than 2 years and are required to pay for a "get-to-know-your-new-doctor" visit each time, a 20 minute + phone hold, and a receptionists who encourage you to go to urgent care when needing an ear pain appointment for same-day, calling just after they opened. Our insurance was informed of the fraudulent acts, and I spoke personally with the past 2 doctors (who have since left), complaining of how the practice is run. They both agreed, and no longer work there themselves. One even vented to me during an examination. Things that make you go hmmm....Luckily, both my husband and I have found an incredible doctors office locally, one who has given both of us thorough physical examinations and listened to our needs. Cant ask for better healthcare than that. Shocking that when we moved to CO 2.5 years ago, this primary care facility was not "Cornerstar", was rated 5 stars, Dr. Grenardo later moved the practice to Aurora, joined with whatever this place is, and the ratings are now 2.7 and declining. Surprised? Nope.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY LIE. This review has been up for a year and the management hasnt replied. That tells all right there. Terrible, front desk staff. I highly recommend you find a different primary care Dr. They break their own policies and then make you schedule an appointment even when you dont need one. They refereed me to a specialist and then would not help me after that unless I made another appointment which the earliest was a week and a half away. They prescribed me medicine without seeing me and then when I asked for a refill they said I need to have an appointment even tho I didnt the first time they gave me the prescription. Front desk staff will lie without even noticing they are lying. They are rude and down right snobby. They lady I spoke to on the phone that told me my Rx would be ready for pick up this afternoon was convienantly at lunch so I couldnt speak to her even tho it was 2pm. They lie and just want to bill your ins and take a copay. The short time I was there I overheard another patient having a terrible experience as well. DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY DONT CARE

I was referred to this office by my OB-GYN and boy was she right. Three of the four members in our family have been seen by one of the Doctors in the office in the last three months. My daughter for a physical, my son for his vaccinations and for cold symptoms, and myself for my annual check up. Not only were we able to get appointments really quickly but our wait time in the office seemed super quick too. I typically would not leave comments on the web but after googling this office to get their number to make an appointment today, I read the above comment and was in shock. Please do not believe this person. We have trusted the care from these Doctors (including Dr. Solot!) and continue to recommend them to our friends and family. You will be very happy you found this small group of caring Doctors. One last note, after getting her flu shot, my daughter (14) said she ONLY wants shots from their nurse Amanda for the rest of her life because Amanda was so smooth and painless.
