So unfortunately It has come to this. Last year I had a horrible UTI and was given antibiotics in the office and was NEVER informed I needed to pick up a prescription to continue to take. Now once again I go in for a horrible infection I am pushed out the door after I receive the shots not informed I had to get a prescription. Not only that but Dr. Hamstra never informed me herself Id have a prescription. And once I asked her nurse/assistant if I had any pain killers or any other prescription her response was "dr. Hamstra didnt inform me of any. You should be good to go " I call in today and was told I do have a script for antibiotics. The receptionist was rude and almost disbelieved that the doctor did not tell me. I feel like I am not treated or informed as an individual and I am at the point of tears because once again. Something serious is totally over looked. Would not recommend if you want to be informed of any scripts you may have after the appointment. I apoligize but since this is not the first time. I fee I need to voice my opinion

Its a hard to find location. The nurses were nice, which is why Im giving 2 stars instead of 1. Brought my twins in, and the billing used different codes and we ended up getting charges, even though everything should have been the same for each of them. At our old office, we were doing their recommended vax schedule, and everything was great. When we moved here, I felt judged and treated like a bad mom because the staff and doc all thought my kids should have received the chicken pox vaccine. She was curt and didnt have very good bedside manner. I hated the experience.

I would not recommend Dr Hamstra to anyone due to her billing manager constantly making mistakes and takes lots of time to get it corrected. Dr Hamstra does not care that due to this issue she is losing patients of 20+ years so in my opinion does not care about the best interest of her patients! I will be finding another Physician after 20 years due to this.

Dr. Hamstra is really good. However, sometimes it seems like she over prescribes medications like anabiotics. The thing I mostly do not like are the receptionist because sometimes they seem to act like they know more medical information than they actual do. I often had the receptionist be rude to me as well..

I see Dr. Ruff, and he is amazing! Takes the time to listen to patients, and works diligently to ensure proper care. I couldnt be more thankful to have such a great, caring doctor. The medical assistants and the front office staff are compassionate and efficient as well.

Ive been seeing Dr. Hamstra since I was 17. Would never go anywhere else. Doctor Ruff is also great. They always listen, and answer all my questions and concerns. Love the staff, love the clinic.
