Saturday morning 1/5/14, I checked on line and it stated medium wait or similar verbiage. I headed over to the clinic and checked in at around 9 a.m., I was 4th in line and the first person had just entered the room (so I was more like 3rd). It took forever and the Nurse Practitioner, Lisa Lindsay, could be heard by all in the waiting room talking about her personal life with a trainee. At close to 11 a.m., 3 patients had been processed and the waiting room was all talking about how slow the service was and how rude Lisa Lindsay was being by delaying the process. I poked my head into the open room (no patient, they had left) and interrupted another personal conversation and asked how much longer they estimated because I had waited over an hour. Lisa Lindsay snapped back at me that if the timeline didnt meet my expectations that there was an urgent care down the road. I said fine, refund my money if this person takes almost 2 hours to treat 3 patients I dont want her brand of medicine anyway. Several others in the waiting area took the name and feedback number as well. The lady at the desk was very nice and it definitely was not her fault, although she kept apologizing and saying that she should have helped move things along faster. As I was getting my refund, Lisa immediately called the next person in my place and exclaimed to the waiting room that we are training today. I understand training but none of us heard anything medical related being discussed. I wont be back and neither will anyone else that I talk to. King Soopers should be more selective on who they let do business in their company...

On 08/14/2016 called after confirming their ability to see us she said yes and said "see you soon". I arrived, waited in line for 40 min to register, two people were in front of us. I have a cane because I am having surgery Monday. When it was our turn she said that all the appointment were full and they cannot see us today because they close at 5. It was 3:10. I would think that she was organized enough to at least now how to assume her limit or know when it was coming closer and not let customers wait in line for 40 minutes. With only two people in front and no one behind me I would think since I waited for 40 minutes and I was the last person waiting in line. They would have put me in. Thats what I call poor quality care for your customers when all that needed to be done is; One - put up a sign saying registration closed (or closed)so people dont wait like I did. Two - dont tell you to come in if they are over booked. Three - had us been seen by the providers (be accountable for over booking) The register person was talking to me like I should know these things happen attitude, very condensing. When I told her she could have told me 40 minutes ago she said "your the only one in line, Im telling you now". So very rude! If your looking for good customer service and quality customer care this is NOT the place to go!

I came to this clinic twice for my mom in the past month. The first one we already had several people in front of us, so the wait was long but expected. It is a clinic after all, and the wait at the regular doctors office or urgent care sometimes isnt better. The second visit was towards the end of the day, so we only had 1 patient in front of us, and the wait time was definitely much shorter. We had different Nurse Practitioners and front desk ladies on those two visits. The front desk ladies were always pleasant and helpful, and both Nurse Practitioners were very professional. On our last visit, the NP Lisa Lindsay made a very lasting impression. She was patient and thorough with my mom, and prescribed her the medication that she needed. Her bedside manner is just excellent. She didnt even want to risk a chance that my mom wouldnt get her medication that night if she sends the Rx electronically as pharmacy closing time was approaching, so she wrote paper Rx instead. My mom was treated very well, and we both left feeling very much cared for.

Terrible experience. I went it and the doctor didnt even touch me and gave me a note saying that I had a cold. Charged me full price for a 2 minute visit. NEVER GO HERE! I called their corporate office to tell them about my experience.. they never called back. I called them and talked to a supervisor who had to forward it on to their "supervisor" who never called me back. Dont go to this place - go to your doctor. If you dont have a doctor - go to urgent care for the same price. Everyone in the office was rude when I called to say that I felt WORSE the next day and couldnt afford to come back and pay again. The lady told me that "I cant go to a grocery store and buy an item and then try to return it". Umm, yes I can!

I had a phenomenal experience at the My Little Clinic. The check-in process was easy, the receptionist at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. My visit with Nurse Practitioner Lisa Lindsay was phenomenal. She listened to all of my symptoms, thoroughly explained what my illness was, and what she was prescribing me. Excellent bedside manner. This is the best experience I have had going to the doctor in years. Wont hesitate going back.

From the nice young lady at check in to the very professional doctor who performed my DOT physical, everything was great here. 30 minute wait and the doctor gave me her full attention for the next 30 minutes. Way better than going to my family doctor for my physical. 5 stars for the Little Clinic. DOT friendly doctors.

Loved being able to register online beforehand, made my wait only a few minutes long. The gal at the front desk was so sweet. The nurse practitioner was even nicer, awesome bedside manner, very knowledgeable and thorough. Pleasant experience, would recommend.

Only a 15 minute wait, professional front desk staff and a very competent provider who provided the necessary testing and prescriptions. Much quicker than I expected based on experience at other urgent cares or convenience clinics.

When our nearby big name pediatrics office refused to help my 6 year old, we tried the Little Clinic. A bit of a wait, but well worth knowing my kid is now on the road to recovery instead of getting sicker over Christmas.
