I gave Kaiser a chance but will be leaving them once this year is up. Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and the nurses dont seem to be very knowledgeable. The doctor called in a script to the pharmacy and the pharmacy claimed they never got it. After spending half a day playing mess runner between the doctor and the pharmacy the staff in the pharmacy finally discovered that it was in fact called into them as I said it was the first time. Not only did I not get an apology from the pharmacy but they actually have me attitude and had the guts to tell me after spending four hours trying to get a prescription that "its the insurance you have so you have to make it work.", um no, I dont have to make it work, I can shop other insurance providers but thanks... I have friends who told me to give Kaiser a chance but they also said whatever I do dont use the Castle Rock location because they are known for have very hit or miss service. I should have listened to the second part. That said the only other option is to drive further into town if I switch locations and I am already 25 miles from the Castle Rock office so other locations are only worse. I think of they got all new leadership at the Castle Rock office and ran a pharmacy that at least had weekend hours it would be a good start. I will be returning to Cigna next year, after 20 years with them I made the switch to Kaiser and learned my lesson the hard way. My entire family has hated this year with Kaiser as we have all had bad service and they are not thrilled I switched to them. New year is right around the corner...

Dr. Fromm is my primary care physician and is absolutely amazing! I currently have a broken foot. After falling on December 10 - ( And yes, its true - "I had fallen and I couldnt get up!"), I went to Castle Rock Adventist Hospital where they took x-rays, determined I had broken my fifth metatarsal, and put me in a cam walker. As soon as Dr. Fromm received the report from the ER, she contacted me to see if there was anything she could do to help - despite the fact that I had been referred to Acute Orthopedics in Lone Tree. Thank goodness she did, because the pain medication they prescribed in the hospital and refilled at Lone Tree resulted in horrible side effects; something the Lone Tree doctors dismissed. Dr. Fromm has been working with me for over 2 weeks to find something that manages my pain without causing bigger problems. And, technically Im not her case. Shes definitely going above and beyond the call of duty. Im SO grateful! She hasnt given up, and were finally meeting with success. Thank-you, Dr. Fromm!

Kaiser is not a good insurance. Its the poor mans insurance even if you pay a ton through your company, the service is as if youre a poor man. I dont recommend Kaiser pediatricians to any parents, especially if you have a baby boy that will need to be circumcised. They only offer one way of circumcision and it is the less common way that for me, left us with a bad experience for our poor baby boy. I tried to get approval for the other method and they dont do it because Kaiser Pediatricians got greedy and took the procedure away from the Obgyns and Kaiser was too cheap to train them in both methods. Please, consider other insurance if youre thinking of Kaiser.

They always have great service and the wait times are better than any other doctor Ive ever been to. I love that the pharmacy and lab are right there in the same building, making it easy to get everything we normally need.

This Pharmacy is very slow they never have your prescription’s ready even after you give them over 72 hours like they request. You can tell the male pharmacist hates his job.

Seems to be busy much of the time in the pharmacy. Too long of a wait. We have had to switch to another KP facility that has better hours and weekend pharmacy.

Always had really nice staff at this location. If they arent friendly, they usually get weeded out pretty quick.
