I read negative reviews, they were old so I decided to give this location the benefit of the doubt. First I was unfortunately 5 minutes late as I was coming from out of town and GPS had me turn on the wrong street. I call to advise I was just minutes away, they were nice on the phone, polite. I arrived and front desk person was nice, exam tech was nice, cleaning all service I was to come into contact with in front of me. Doctor was thorough and polite, took time to explain and answer questions. Eyeglass purchase dept everyone was helpful, made it a pleasant experience. I look forward to my new glasses. Would recommended this location.

Staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr. Was knowledgeable. The exam was quick but thorough. I got my prescription, picked out my frames and they were cut and ready to go quickly. It couldnt have been more than ten minutes. I left feeling jubilant and able to see better than I have in years, maybe better than I have my entire life.

The nursing staff was amazing. I got contacts for the first time in my life and they were more than willing to help. I had issues with the second pair and they went out of the way to help me get into the right contacts. The doctor was super nice and willing to take time to explain everything. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
