My family came in for a cleaning yesterday. Family= 3 Kids & Husband/Self. Our appointment was right on time, and the receptionist was AMAZING. She had everything ready to go for us & greeted us as we walked in by name. They were aware that we were bringing our kids, so they had Netflix waiting for the kids to watch as they got their teeth cleaned. Larry our dentist, talked to the kids about school & fun stuff they do. He cleaned their teeth really fast, and gave feedback to where they could understand him. My husband & I were extremely pleased with everything. On our way out they had a sheet for each of us stating our treatment plans & payments outside of our insurance that would be due. She was ready to set our follow up appointment. By the time I made it home (an exit away from the clinic) the Orthodontist was calling me to make a follow up appointment, because she had already sent our exrays & treatment needed to them. Overall it was amazing, and they were very patient with us. SMILES were well appreciated & they are our new Family Dentist going forward.

Mixed reviews so far. I had my first cleaning with them this week and they did the work without getting my x-rays from my previous dentist. Everything was fine. My wife went in today for her cleaning and was told that they could not start without her x-rays from our previous dentist (why do this with her and not with me?). A request for x-rays was sent to our previous dentist then. They had her laying flat and waiting for an hour, with no work being performed, after which my wife left. As she was leaving, her x-rays were delivered (kudos to Dr. Strykers office). My wife has rescheduled and our confidence in the ability for the front office to provide consistent quality service is shaky. We will give them one more chance. Later... That chance worked out very well. Any miscommunications have been addressed and we are very happy with the practice!

I was very impressed. Im new to the area so a new patient. I had a crown fall out and while I was there to have it put back on, they got my records from my old dentists office, saw that I was due for my next cleaning and x-rays and took care of it while I was there saving me a return trip. Dr. Ferraz-Dougherty and her entire staff were very friendly and helpful. They were all very concerned with my comfort and time. I am always very apprehensive about going to a new dentist but was very pleased with the entire experience. Update: Ive now seen Dr. Ferraz-Dougherty several more times - each 6 months for regular cleanings. My opinion has not changed. Dr. Ferraz-Dougherty always asks about my family about specific details that she remembers from previous visits. I love the family environment, techniques and skills.

My previous dentist had retired so finding a new one is always a little scary but I had an absolutely great experience with Rolling Oaks Dental. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I was able to download the new patient form and fill it out before my appointment so when I got there I just handed it in (Very Cool). Rolling Oaks Dental embraces technology to provide great customer service which is unlike any dentist Ive gone to before. That is refreshing and just plain cool. The Dentist actually cleaned my teeth and spent time discussing long term care with me. I wish I could give them a sixth star. :-) Went back for another cleaning. Rolling Oaks Dental provides a great experience every time I go.

I went for a teeth cleaning two weeks ago. The dentist determined I needed a crown on one tooth and on another tooth a root canal and crown. I wanted to finish paying for my husbands dental work before starting mine. Unfortunately last night, my one tooth broke off on the corner. I called the office at 8 AM this morning, had an appointment at 9 AM and had my temporary crown by 11AM. The dentist is the most gentle, caring, knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. For years I have feared the dentist after a bad experience but this office is fantastic. They always have time to explain and I can get an appointment when needed. They also have payment plans to accomodate any service. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to Rolling Oaks Dental for a couple of years now, and can honestly say this is the only dentist office I have ever felt like recommending. They are a family dentist office run by two dentists that are married. I have seen both Drs. For dental work (root canal and crown), as well as regular teeth cleaning, and would recommend both of them. Mr. Dr. Dougherty is so friendly and always telling jokes while he sees you, so you feel very relaxed. Mrs. Dr. Dougherty is also an excellent dentist, who is a spokeswoman for the American Dental Association, and such a sweet woman. They have a very modern office with the latest equipment, and feel like they are the best dentist office for both adults and children!

Never did I ever think I would say that I love going to the dentist but because of Dr. Ana and the rest of the Rolling Oaks Dental staff I do!! I hid my smile a lot because it wasnt the greatest looking and I was embarrassed to let anyone see it. I knew my treatment was going to be long and painful at times but with the guidance, assurance and anointed hands of Dr. Ana, years of treatment was done in months with little to no pain and I am able to smile again without any worries about what others think! I get so many compliments about my gorgeous smile now and I owe it all to this amazing dentist and her equally amazing team! Highly recommended! Comfort, care and hospitality is what they do best!

I had a very bad experience at the dentist years ago and because of that I wouldnt go to the dentist and then several years later when I got an advertisement from the Rolling Oaks Dental Office I decided to go and get my teeth checked. The end results were great , so great that I got my husband, daughter, son, his wife and my sister-in-law to go. We are all very pleased with the dentist team and their staff. I no longer dread going to get my teeth cleaned and so I never miss an appointment. Everyone there is so friendly and they make you feel welcomed to be there. Once you speak to Dr. Larry Dougherty, you realize how much knowledge he has in dentistry and his love in what he does.

My wife went in to have a filling fixed that had broken out while we were out of town. She called them the evening before we left west Texas and got an appointment for 1:00 the next day for emergency dental work. So my wife gets there and they proceed to clean her teeth instead of fixing the problem area and during this process they broke another filling out. They made her wait there forever only to tell her oh Im sorry we only had time to do the cleaning. So now they didnt do what was asked of them and they caused more damage than what was already there and then they sent my wife away in pain on top of all of it. SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST FAMILY TO ANYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
