I am one to admit that I do not like going to the dentist. I have not been able to pin point what triggers my anxiety, until I visited this dentist. The staff was more than willing to listen to me throughout the exam to understand my concerns. They really wanted to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I went back to have a deep clean done yesterday. I will admit that I was a little nervous and 15 minutes in to the procedure, we had to stop so I could regroup. It felt good to know that there was no judgment from the staff and I was able to take all the time I needed before they got back to work. I have other procedures scheduled, being that I haven’t been to the dentist is awhile, there is a lot of work to be done. I cant say that I am over my fears of going to the dentist, but I can say that my overall experience at this dentist has made me feel comfortable enough to want to continue to come here.

I picked this dentist because of the high ratings... I loved the dental hygienist Rick and the dentist! The reason I give 3 stars and not 5 is when I made my appointment yesterday I was told that they accepted my insurance. While my daughter was getting her X-ray done the receptionist come and tell me that my insurance is now saying Im not covered. She then went to talk to the lady in charge who told me she would honor a $33 special they were running to keep me as a customer which I appreciated, but when I get to the front to pay I was then told it would be $44. I just felt like I was jerked around. It was both of my daughters first time and they really enjoyed their visit, I would recommend this dentist office just make sure your insurance is accepted before going to appointment!

Ive changed my review since dealing with the billing-side of things. I paid-in-full for a root canal and crowns, but when I went in for the procedure I just needed fillings and crowns. No biggie, just credit me the differnce between, right? Apparently its not that simple. This was over a month ago and cant seem to get a straight answer from anyone at Highland Oaks. When my wife or I call, we always get the same response...someone will call you back in 30 mins...never happens. Now they are saying there is a discrepancy with the insyrance, so our credit of $1800 will probably onky be around $1000...how convenient. I honestly thought the staff was frinedly and the prpcedures went well, they just really need to work with their staff pertaining to billing.

I came to this dentist after visiting a different dentist saying i needed some questionable work, although this dentistry recommended almost the same they were much more accommodating and helpful as to why i needed these procedures and were much more understanding that I, as well as many other grown adults, dont like the dentist. The entire staff is very nice and if you say you will hold off on certain things they wont fight you like a car salesperson which seems to be most dentists these days. I will be sticking to these guys as well as recommending my family and friends. Not to mention they are not as expensive as most places which surprises me by the quality of the environment being so modern.

Catherine L. - I had to find a dentist that was closer to my home and yet still part of my insurance network. I found this group through my insurance company - I admit I was a little hesitant because they are a brand new practice. However, I was immediately put at ease by the staff in the back area. I told Andre that I am not fond of of the dentist and he tried to put me at ease. Dr. Bui is very knowledgable and he too was willing to work with me and my fear of the dentist. Dr. Bui is very gentle and asked me numerous times how I was doing and if I was okay throughout my exam, cleaning and eventual filling. I have found my new dentist!

I havent been to the dentist in a few years, with reason, I didnt like visiting. I just recently became a patient at the upscale dental practice. I am glad to say that I am a returning patient here now (getting my wisdom teeth removed today). The staff here is great and they never made me feel guilty for not having been to the dentist in a few years. The patient coordinator, Linda, is great as well. Always touching base with you to make sure everything is going alright. I will never be afraid to visit the dentist again (with the exception of the removals today) :) -SSCHIEL

Great Staff!!! I recieved a mailer one day and just had it sitting in my junk mail to go through. The very next day I broke a tooth and needed somewhere to go immidiately! I pulled out the card and called and they were able to get me in the same day!! Talk about service!!! The Dentist was very gentle and explained the entire procedure as we were going through it. (I think he might have known I was a little nervous.) Not only did they did they fix my problem tooth, I also got a teeth cleaning while there too! Great place to go and the customer service is awesome!

The dental hygienist, dentist and assistants were all very polite and explained everything in detail before proceeding. I had a small issue with billing, but when I talked to the person in charge of operations she was very friendly, helpful and we came to a quick resolution. This is a dentistry office that cares about their patients and does what they can to make it a good experience. There savings program is a great way to go with dental insurance so expensive and limited. Thank you Highland Oaks.

This dentist office is amazing!! Clean, comfortable and extremely modern! You almost forget youre in a dentist office, which can be a good thing at times!! The people there were both friendly and easy to deal with and it was defintely a positive experience! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!! I was so nervous to go to a new dentist since I am new to the area, but I have to say, this was the best choice I could have made! Corina Conley

I had scaling and cleaning done by Mr Rick Crouch and he was fast and so nice to me. Also the deninst that was working there was Dr Clap and I love her, she filed my bottom teeth down some. Honestly I have anxiety when it comes to going to deninst but I was very comfortable at this office. Dental assistant was awesome also and it was a pleasant visist. Rick is very down to earth in fact the whole staff is.

Very friendly staff/environment! They care for you and treat you like family. Brandy was very knowledgeable and helpful on explaining dental care. She made sure I was comfortable with no pain at all times and took the time to explain step-by-step with the cleaning procedure. Receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Very professional staff and make you feel at home!

Recently had a check up and a cleaning at Highland Oaks Dentistry. Dr. Sanchez was very friendly and accommodating. The entire staff was friendly. Brandhi performed my cleaning. I have never had such a pleasurable experience for a teeth cleaning. She was professional, gentle and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Highland Oaks to anyone.
