If you are reading bad reviews here that are more than 6 months old, you need to be aware that their two BEST veterinarians (IMHO, because they are ALL great) have purchased this practice. They are Dr. Steve Hiett and Dr. Kim Stender. I have been living in this area for over 20 years (with a collection of animals through those years), so Ive "shopped around"" for a good vet. I came back to what was then Lebanon Animal Clinic when I heard about Dr. Hiett. I am now an absolutely loyal (bordering on "doc stalker" lol) client. He diagnosed my little Cairn dog with low thyroid when it looked more like hed had a stroke or had a brain tumor. The entire staff is wonderful and caring. I have *NEVER* been overcharged for anything here and cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if that were possible.

I had gone there for years and and spent hundreds of dollars here. My dog developed a lame leg and I brought him in. I was charged 100.00 with no answers and sent home with pain meds. A week later my dog was in extreme pain. I knew this was the end. I called and recieved an extreme uncaring and rude receptionist. I was in between paychecks and wanted my dog to stop suffering. They said they dont do charity. I was shocked. I was a long time client and they only cared about money. I was on the phone pleading with them to help me and my baby boy passed away. . He died without me because I was on the phone with this person. I will never give them my money ever again and strongly advise anyone else to do the same. Beware they are not compassionate

Our 115lb Akita was rapidly losing an unexplainable amount of weight. Our vet at Faithful Friends, Vickie. Took the reigns and put the word out across the country looking for answers and solutions/treatments. After a few months and trying all kinds of treatments and diet changes we were able to stabilize Jake at 60lbs. Vickie contributed her research until finally she was able to nail down a diagnosis and a treatment that worked. Jake had Pancreatic Enzyme Deficiencies. To put it simply he could not digest fats. Without the dedication this group of professionals put forth jake would not have survived. Now he is back to his normal weight of 115lbs and bouncing around like nothing ever happened.

Wonderful clinic! We had a puppy that needed to be spayed in Nov. 2011 and I called most of the local vets for price comparisons. The receptionist went over every price detail and contingency and they were the most reasonable. The vet discovered a heart murmur prior to beginning surgery and took the time to call and speak to both my husband & I before proceeding (It was our decision to have him proceed). The Vet was amaziningly caring and genuinely loving towards our pet during surgery & during follow up visits. We also have family members that take their pets to this clinic and there has never been a problem.

Horrible clinic!! they gave my animal the wrong diagnosis, and he ended up dying due to them not treating his REAL diagnosis. I had to take him to a different clinic because of the Animal Clinics treatment wasnt helping (because of their mis diagnosis). And the vet at a different clinic said that my dog was mis-diagnosed and NOW dying, and it was too late to treat him for his real diagnosis. My dog ended up dying due to their mis-diagnosis, and i spent 100s of dollars paying for their misdiagnosis that HELPED my dog die. So they are helpful in KILLING your animal with their ill education.

My elderly cat was having a nasty bout of diarrhea and took her in. Dr. Heitt diagnosed her as having a bacterial intestine infection and showed me how to administer it (was a lot easier when HE did it), and within two days she was her usual self. No more messes, and she continues to be her usual aloof self. I am very grateful. Not the first time the clinic has helped - and it is a terrific place to board cats. She never comes back with anything amiss with her health. My brother has taken three of his dogs there over the past 12 years and has nothing but "raves" for the staff.

Ive been going to Faithful Friends Animal Clinic since 2005. The staff and Veterinarians are so very caring and nurturing. They are helpful with any questions and suggestions I have for my cats and dogs. I took some just born baby animals to them. Little did I know they were baby rabbits! Two of my pets were put to sleep with compassion for my pets and I. I received a Sympathy card a week or so later. So nice. The fees about the same as others clinics. I found establishing a relationship with a clinic has a lot of benefits for all. Thank you Faithful Friends Animal Clinic!

I think Faithful Friends Animal Clinic is fantastic. The veterinarians are very wonderful with my dogs and cat. Always professional and very caring. My dogs tell me because they do not always like vets and I see no sign at this clinic. I had an experience recently where I went to another vet with an emergency neck bite and they told me I would have to wait for a later appt. I was shocked..so I called Faithful Friends and they took me in right away and no upfront emergency fees like the other vet is now asking. I am sold.

Every time I take my dogs in they are ready and willing, even in emergencies. They stuck with me through the night to make sure my dog was safe. Then they only charged me for one appointment, although I had been in 3 times and called at all hours of the night! Well check ups are always met with friendly and kind staff with good sound advice. I dont know what I would do without them.

I went in with my mother-in-law to get her cat spayed. I was not pleased with the attitudes of the staff. I did like the Vet Tech that we saw, she was very kind and caring. As far as cost went, they were decent... I will never bring one of my fur babies there. I would rather pay more and be treated better. I felt like they looked down on my mother-in-law because she is disabled.

I have a strong medical background and I can say that this clinic is very good. My dog is always correctly diagnosed and given appropriate care. Steve Heitt and Victoria Murdoch usually treat Bailey and they are very compassionate and gentle. I cant say enough good things about the veterinarians and their team. Their prices always seem fair.

I love this clinic and the staff! They always get my precious Lab, Chloe, in right away. They remember her, and are always so sweet to her. Being a Lab, Chloe isnt always easy to handle, but they always get the job done, and make us both feel very comfortable. Prices are also reasonable. Thank you, Faithful Friends Staff!
