When we first moved here in 2013 our senior dog had emergency surgery in Salem and then his recovery care at Silver Creek Animal Clinic. Since our first visit Silver Creek has been the best care for all of our animals. From farm visits with our horses to office visits with our dogs,we have had the best customer service and the best vets we could ever wish for!!! Our horse had a wort issue for years with no help from our vets in California but Dr. Stewart fixed our mare up in a few months. Dr. Bate has been so incredible with both our dogs and our horses and all their senior care. We feel we have hit the jackpot with the best vets around. The office team is the best support you could ask for.!!! We are so blessed to have Silver Creek Animal clinic as our Veterinary care. I would recommend them 1000%

I recomend this animal clinic to anyone who truly loves their pets. Just a couple days ago we had to make the most saddest choice ever to put our big boy Buddy down . He was the most loveable, loyal German Shepard lab mix we have ever had. He was striken by cancer throughout his body and was unable to move so the vet came to the house to take him out of his misery. She was absolutely the greatest vet I have ever met. She was very comforting and as gentle as can be to make our boy and us feel at ease about him going off to his resting place. They are truly a great vet to have your pets go to. Thank you so much Doc Ada for making it easy on us. Your the best! R. I. P. My big boy til we meet again!

It would be impossible for me to say anything less than top performance for this crew .... we drive from Portland to see this vet... or actually ANY of the vets OR staff.....have ALWAYS been supportive, professional, efficient, kind, and even Mac the dog loves THEM despite he may get a shot or something while there. Most recently, they let us in without an appt since the dog exhibited some serious symptoms....on a saturday and they were short staffed. They took ALL the time needed for tests, analysis....to report he had Pancreatitis! So, he got immediate correct treatment and is back to top shape in a week...THANKS Dr. Brubaker this time....

I have gone to the Silver Creek Animal Clinic for years. The care and compassion of the doctors and staff is above and beyond what one would expect. I had to put down my golden retriever last year on a Sunday. It was the day after my husbands celebration of life. The doctor met us at the clinic. We had another golden before this one and she also had to be put down after the cancer took over her lymph nodes. I have a new golden now and kitty that they take such good care of. My puppy cannot wait to go into the building. She knows she is met by the staff with pets and treats.

Silver Creek is the most compassionate and caring vet clinic around. They treat you and your furry friend as family. My kitty is terminally ill with a cancer tumor. Whenever I see the vet on the street she asks how she is doing by name. My father had to put down his kitty a few years ago. The clinic was so compassionate and caring as we let our kitty pass on, they gave us time to grieve quietly together. They even have a special room just for kitties. Silver Creek Animal Clinic is a special place to take your furry family members. They truly care about their clients.

We have been long-time partners with Silver Creek, and we pretty much know all the vets there by first names. Mike runs a very personable operation, and each member of the staff treats us like they know us personally, even if we see each them only once or twice a year. Everyone makes good, professional suggestions about caring for our animals, and they have helped us through some pretty tough times when an animal is injured, or at the end-of-their-life. Were very grateful to be partnered with each of the staff at Silver Creek. Thank you all.

I take my Chihuahua here often for nail trims .......they are always on time, friendly and do a good job with her. I take her here for all her vet needs. They are consistently on time and always helpful and thorough. I had to make an emergency call on a weekend once, and they called me back within minutes. I was impressed with that. The vet explained to me that it wasnt an emergency yet, and told me what to watch for. Everything turned out fine, it was great to have the reassurance and help from them on weekend.

Our family has used Silver Creek Animal Clinic for the past 20-plus years, ever since they were in the storefront over near NAPA. The vet techs and veterinarians have given our cats and dogs excellent, compassionate care all that time. And the ladies at the front desk have always been helpful and professional. The Silver Creek Animal Clinic team has seen us through having to put old dogs to sleep and welcoming new dogs to the family. They are absolutely the best! We wouldnt go anywhere else.

If I could give Silvercreek Animal Clinic more than 5 stars I would! I have taken my pets to this clinic for the past 25 years and have been very satisfied with the degree of care and compassion we receive from the staff. I have an elderly cat who is on hospice care and receives fluids for kidney failure every 2 weeks. I am overwhelmed at the compassion extended to my cat and our family. Ive been going here with my animals for 20 yrs. Ive never had any kind of problems, they are very accommodating. Last week I had the sad decision of putting my chocolate lab down at age 12. They came to the house to do it as stress free for the dog as possible. The two ladies were very compassionate and respectful of the moment. That was a great help to me personally in a very tough moment. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used this vet office for years and years. Even though I live in Salem it is worth the drive. The vets are excellent and recommend test and treatments that are indicated for your individual pet. They never seem to be padding the bill just to make more money. They are very transparent about the cost up front. Their prices are reasonable. Their front office staff is also friendly.

I have 4 horses and 4 cats right now who are getting very good well animal care, but last Spring I lost my collie to cancer. It was discovered at Silver Creek and diagnosed at OSU. It was terminal at the start, but my friends at Silver Creek administered the treatment with love and kindness to him AND to me...and grieved with me when he died. They are truly friends.
