My coworker recommended Full Circle Veterinary Care to me since she had been a long time customer and patient. Since I trusted my co-workers judgement, I decided to try them out with my pets. They provide excellent customer service from beginning to end with friendly and courteous reception staff either by phone or in person. They are thorough in their collection of patient histories, and always provide diligent examinations. Their veterinarians are well educated both in the medical disciplines, well trained in the alternative holistic field, and experienced with a myriad of treatment philosophies and methodologies. Once you inform them of your life circumstances, I sincerely appreciate every effort they make to cooperatively work with you to accomodate work restrictions, time constraints, and financial abilities. I would like to thank Drs. Emily Stewart and Sandy S. for their superior service and attentiveness treating my pets. I love their efforts going the extra mile to learn about current veterinary studies and long term research regarding novel medications and treatment dogma. They provide boarding and kennel services to provide peace of mind for your vacations or work travels. In addition, they even keep your hamsters and guinea pigs healthy and safe! Their veterinarians provide livestock consultations, but that may be on a case by case basis. If you love your pets as much as I do mine, you will not be disappointed bringing your beloved pets and your business to Full Circle Veterinary Care! Sure, there are other lower cost veternary clinics out there, but Full Circle is the greatest value for your dollar in Portland.

All three vets at Full Circle - as well as their staff - have been amazing. When I initially took my dying rat to the clinic as a new emergency patient, Dr. Sandy settled down on the floor in the clinic room, holding my unresponsive rat and making me feel she had all the time in the world for her. She explained all the options available to me and gave me lots of time to waffle before finally deciding to take the rat home. Since then, Ive taken my psychotic Husky to Dr. Emily. She did not make me feel like an incompetent parent and took loads of time for my calls and drop-ins to the clinic for guidance on the best course of action for him. Dr. Sandy and Dr. Meg have helped me with my geriatric Lab both in the clinic and at my home when I needed to euthanize her. And poor Dr. Sandy has had to deal with yet another of my dying rats. Every encounter has been positive and loving. Every option for my pets has been thoroughly explained. I havent felt judged by my frustrations with my crazy dog. I highly recommend all the vets at Full Circle and cannot emphasize enough how happy I am to have stumbled upon their practice.

By far the very best experience I have ever had with a Veterinary location ever -- with all staff I have met, not just one or the other. Very knowledgeable doctors for ferrets (those are sadly hard to find) and they all seem to care much more about your pets health and helping you/them than I have seen in a long, long time. Despite losing one of my ferrets recently, they helped me through every step of the way and even remained late after work once just to help -- and was willing to correspond regularly through emails (something much more convenient for my lifestyle). Vet expenses are expensive just like human expenses, but this clinic doesnt make me feel that its about the money, they are there because they care -- and I am quite jealous I dont have a doctors office with this much care. I would (and have) recommended them to everyone I know in need of a vet. I have moved a good 40-60 minutes away from their location and I still intend to return to them for my other pets. They have been wonderful with my cat, but if youre in search of a ferret doctor you can stop looking.

Full Circle Veterinary Care was close and easy to find. Their office was neat clean and professional looking. Their staff was all very professional. And most important they seemed very personal with us and our pet rat. I didnt feel rushed nor did I feel like they just wanted to get on with the next patient. The visit was thorough and educational and I feel our pet got exactly the care he needed. We even got some preventative skin mite care that was beneficial to BOTH our rats. Our rat is now better after a small respiratory problem and we will for sure go back! The only negative thing I can say is that Id like to see the follow up appointments cost less not the full amount. I would very much recommend this vet to anyone who lives near down town Lake Oswego however we came from Sherwood and I felt it was still worth it!

Veterinarians and their staff are knowledgable and caring! We have used Full Circle for the care of 4 dogs and 3 cats over 10 years. They are practical and caring and compassionate doctors. In addition to providing general wellness care, they have helped us during 2 emergencies with very sick dogs, including one with severe epilepsy. They include us in all decision making about our pets. All procedures and treatments are discussed and they provide rational advice and realistic outcomes before honoring our decisions. The staff are all wonderful and genuinely like the animals they care for, always approaching them calmly. This is a wonderful vet service. We completely trust them with the health of our beloved pets.

Full Circle Veterinary Care has been our family vet for over five years since moving to the area. Our cat lived a comfortable life until his gentle passing from old age at 20. Our Westie recently celebrated his 16th birthday. Just yesterday our neighbor commented - as they watched our Westie play like a puppy in the snow - "he must have the best care!" We couldnt agree more. We know this is true because of the attention, compassion and commitment we receive from all the staff - from the moment we walk in the door or call on the phone, to our visits & conversations with the doctors and assistants - they always follow through with our questions or concerns.

Ive taken my cat to Full Circle Vet for a few years now, and I highly recommend them. The vets and the techs know their stuff and I trust their opinions. Their prices tend to be comparable with the rest of the west side of Portland, not more expensive because theyre in Lake Oswego. Theyve gone above and beyond for my kitty and I truly appreciate it. They stayed after closing one night when I brought her in late in the day for an injured eye lid. They werent grumpy about staying late, just courteous and professional, as usual. They truly love their work. Also, low staff turnover, which means more time and ability to get to know their clients and patients!

I have never been so impressed with a veterinary practice, as I was with my first experience at Full Circle Veterinary Clinic. The staff was welcoming, and helpful. Dt Frey was so sweet to our kitty, Sylvie. She addressed all our concerns regarding introducing at new cat into our home. Sylvie was having a litter box issue, and Dt Frey gave us some very practical suggestions on what we might try to remedy the problem.We came home & made some minor adjustments, and so far things are going very well. Thank you!!
