I highly recommend the staff at Midwest Dental in Chisago City. The team I worked with was both professional and easy to work with. I felt like I had been friends with my hygenist for years after spending just one hour with her. It is wonderful to feel so at home in a new dental office after spending 30 years with the same dentist. I dreaded shopping for a new dentist when mine retired. I am thrilled to have followed the advice of a colleague who has been working with the team at Midwest Dental for years. I was given detailed information about how to care for my particular situation as well as friendly service in a very comfortable setting. I felt completely at ease in the care of this very qualified team! I am looking forward to working with Midwest Dental in Chisago City for years to come.

I would love to write a good review... however... Prior to calling Midwest Dental, I checked with the online provider listing to ensure they were listed as in-network with my insurance and they were. When I called on the phone I asked if they were accepting new patients. The answer, "yes we are". Once I mentioned my insurance I was told that, "they are not accepting new patients under my dental plan." I find this incredibly frustrating given their provider status is updated digitally (whether they are or are not taking new patients in a specific network) with my insurance. If they are not actually taking new patients for a specific network, it is their responsibility to update their status.

Excellent dental care, delivered by caring professionals--from the dentist to the front office people. I would recommend a friend or family member without hesitation. I would especially recommend the new dentist for his genuine concern and professionalism. Im not keen on visiting the dentist, but the staff at Midwest Dental makes it a comfortable, less anxiety provoking experience for me.

I called Midwest Dental in pain. The receptionist got me right in for an appointment, at which they diagnosed the problem and referred me for a root canal. Through it all, Dr. Vislisel was empathetic and patiently explained (in laymans terms) what was going on and what the treatment would be. I truly felt like he and the rest of the team cared. Thanks!
