I have been going to this veterinary clinic for a little over three years. At first I absolutely loved it. Prices are very reasonable compared to surrounding areas. The two veterinarians that I have met, Dr. Hopps and Dr. Watson are both very nice and and compassionate towards my animals. I have always felt safe and confident with having my animals in their care especially since I am kind of a frequent flyer due to one of my animals having seizures. The receptionists there Megan and Lori are both very nice and helpful as well. After a recent visit, I decided to look into other veterinary clinics in the area. I have had several incidents where the vet techs there, just one in particular, is not very friendly; or at least not to me. I have brushed it off a couple of times because I just told myself maybe she was having a bad day. But the last several visits, this vet tech is always rude to me and makes me feel uncomfortable the whole time I am there for my visit with my animal. I even asked one of the receptionist that work there if that vet tech was always rude or did I personally do something to her ? Their response was "this is just how she is.. she is either really friendly towards you or she is just rude." After hearing that and already having a couple bad experiences with her because she is my vet tech every time I go there, I have decided to go somewhere else, even if I have to pay a little bit more. Truly am disappointed because I liked bringing my animals there especially since the doctors have known them since they were all babies. However, the low reasonable prices does not out weigh the cost of being disrespected.

This place is disgusting! Unfortunately, I have been a client of theirs for over 18 years because I just plain didn't know better. As my cat fell ill, and living in mt laurel, I didn't want her in the car that long. I tried another vet and I was SHOCKED!!! I guess I thought the vets office was supposed to have an overwhelming smell of urine and hair, dirt and nastiness everywhere! Never went back! To top it off my mothers dog was bit by another dog yesterday, not knowing the severity until the next day, we made an apt here. Can you believe they took the dog, told my brother to leave w absolutely no explanation as to what they would b doing! My mother called to see what was going on a few times and they acted like we had alot of nerve!! An hour later the poor baby still had not been seen by the dr. We ended up picking him up and bringing him to a PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN office. I can't believe they haven't been shut down.....

I have used multiple vets over the decades, most recently a reputable veterinarian in Medford. Upon finding a stray cat this morning who had an appetite but refused to drink and was severely dehydrated, I tried to contact the local animal shelter & my regular vet to see if they would see the stray for fluids, but both were unable to help me. On a whim, I remembered Pinelands since I drive by them everyday and was able to get an immediate appointment (I was worried that this stray would not make it a few days at the rate she was dehydrated). The facility isnt pretty, but thats not important, the animal care is and they are fantastic. One of the nicest vets & staff Ive ever met. No pretentiousness or attitude. Just nice people who care about animals and their welfare, not how much they can bill you for like most veterinarian offices feel like anymore. Rare to find now a days.

The staff at Pinelands is excellent and Dr. Hopps is knowledgable and thorough. However, the office is absolutely filthy. The smell of urine is overwhelming upon stepping through the door, the floors are dirty, the exam room does not appear to be cleaned even on a weekly basis, etc. In and of itself that may not be a big deal BUT it leads me to wonder how thoroughly the implements and tools are being cleaned between patients. I really dont need my dog to come home from the vet with an infection! I would love to give this place five stars but I just cant. Please clean up your facility so I can edit my review, Pinelands! You deserve five stars for your pet care but sanitation is part of what your clients pay for.

My cat had not been outside of my home in 6 years. She was go good because of the gentle and kind manner in which the doctor and his assistant treated her. We knew we made the rite choice when we saw how wonderful they were with our pet. They explained everything to us and took every precaution possible. I am so glad I read the reviews. BTW the lovely receptionist was very kind and efficient. Please take your pets there, you will not be disappointed.

GREAT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The first time that I went there i didnt have an appointment but they did a check-up anyway. They are super nice sweet and care for my dog you can get 6 months worth of flea+tick stuff and they told me about heartworm disease and recommended soething so my dog does not get heartwoms i recommend this place to anyone who wants to try it.
