Three times here and the service still bad! If you want good service please dont come here. The first day I had read everything only that my insurance provided and I was more knowledge than the people working here. The second day I had to come in to pick up my glasses and it was fast easy. The third time, unfortunately for me it was as bad. No one even at the front desk to great you! Well I could go on but I rather spend the day doing something fun. Please again find a place with better service, I already did and it NOT called Visionworks.

Their service is good, their glasses are terrible. Before them, i had the same pair of glasses for 5 years, no issues. I decided it was time for a new pair, the checkup was easy, the wait was long. Got my glasses, they lasted 4 months and started cracking... took them back, they wouldnt refund me at all, $140 later i got another "new" pair of glasses, now 2 months later they have cracked as well. I will never ever go back for glasses as obviously their quality is not meant to be used daily.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The customer service from the second I walked in the store was awful. I cant tell if they are just inept at their jobs or just deceitful and this includes the manager as well - Miriam. Do not go to this store to get your eyes checked and to purchases glasses. I cant emphasize that enough.

The staff were kind and helpful with their customers and they all work well together. As a returning customer, I walked in with no appointment and the Doctor was available to see me in 15min for an eye exam. I picked my new glasses and contacts in just 1hour. Great experience over all!

I went there today at 9 a.m. based on the times listed. However, the store says theyre open at 10 a.m. Im trying my whole morning around this time slot and I have to come back another time. Since this is a large company, I expect them to have the correct times listed.

EXCELLENT Customer Service. They make you feel very welcomed. I had a wonderful experience with Miriam she was very respectful and prepared to answer any questions or scenario that I had to find the best deal on my glasses and contacts. Highly recommend this place

I had a great experience here, both with the Doctor and Miriam. They helped me to find two perfect pairs of glasses. One sunglasses and one regular. Miriam walked through the store with me and gave me personal recommendations throughout. Overall, it was lovely.

Service is great. Glasses are cheap and prescription didnt even help. Plus it can get pretty expensive for cheap glasses that break and bend easy.
