First and foremost, I totally agree with Ms. Whites review. If you are a new patient and looking for an eye exam for contact lenses, I highly recommend going elsewhere. The documents given before the appointment are very wordy, detailed, and in small font. If you have relatively healthy eyes and need an updated prescription for contact lenses, do not provide your health insurance to this office as my health insurance received a bill. During the visit, you are charged a fee, ranging from $165-195, which is separate from the eye exam. To be fair, both fees (but no dollar amount!!!) are disclosed in the paperwork SO read carefully before signing the documents. In the end, this office receives money from your health insurance, vision insurance, and your own pocket. How does a simple eye exam cost over $800? You have been warned!

.New customer Greeting: curt and impersonal. Eye exam: ok Glasses fitting: three tries and none helped. Frames were lopsided, lenses dirty. Pricing policy: no money back for any reason. You try you buy policy. Make sure you read this big posted sign! Follow -up: Zero, none, zilch. They were going to do a partial refund on my credit card but never did it. They kept saying they would do this "the next day". I kept calling back to expidite this. They finally cut me check but not for the verbally promised amount. Initial delivery of glasses late. Professionalism: Poor. I should have known that staff wearing white lab coats that had months of stains all over them was a bad omen. Net result: spent $339, got no glasses, got plenty of excuses and aggravation. Stay away folks

I saw Dr. Budner about a month ago. He was kind and compassionate. I was totally misdiagnosed by my previous 3 doctors. I now have new contact lenses that I see great with given that I have kerataconis (sp). Highly recommend this practice. They have all the state of the art technology.

I had a great time at the office, I was greeted very well. The staff was wonderful. I picked out a great pair of glasses and everything was explained to me clearly. I will highly recommend this office to my family and friends.
