Horrible! The staff was RUDE! Eric was good to work with but the others were horrible,especially the African American Female! I have never been treated so terrible. I called the corporate office to complain and all they had to offer me was that this location was recently acquired and there will be more customer service training. Take my advice and take your money elsewhere.

Excellent Customer Service. I would like to highlight Richard as my eyewear consultant. He explained the different insurance coverages for me and made sure all my questions were answered. He was positive, friendly and is a great representative for their office.
