Find another place. The two stars are for the 15 impressive minutes spent with the eye doctor. The doctors are great, but they leave early and youre left with the sales staff, who feed you info they think you want to hear just to get you out of their hair, and a manager, who is brutally honest sparring any type of positivity. We were told the glasses would take 7-10 business days, but I called early and spoke to a staff member who checked on the glasses and said they should be in another 3 days. We called on that day to check if they came in and the manager just asked, "Did we call you?" That is her catch phrase, every time we call to check up on the glasses, thereafter. We tell them to find out the hold up and how much this is affecting my husbands work and their apologies are no longer affective. Finally, a staff member says she will have the manufacturer put it to the top of the list and see if they can ship it next day or Monday. My husband asks her to call him to let him know which way it goes. She never calls. Monday comes around and same thing, he calls to check on them and the same line, "Did we call you?" We finally get the glasses after many stories and phone calls later. Were definitely not returning and we would not recommend this place to anyone. Their doctors may be great, but their customer service is despicable and long-lasting.

I had the worst experience at this store. I had glasses ordered and was told that it took 7-10 days to come in. When they arrived 4 weeks later, they had forgotten to put the anti-reflective coating and transition on them. The girl who put my order in walked outside with me and tried to convince me that the lenses were right, and that I just could not see it. After two days, I knew something wasnt right and went back in. The girl admit she did not write the order correctly and the manager told me she would upgrade me for me to a higher quality lense. This was never done. After 4 months, the glasses are now defective and I had to get another pair. My new glasses are now being held hostage until I turn my old ones in, even though I paid $300 out of pocket for them. Why I went back to this place, I have no idea!! I am sure this store in general is ok, but GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH!

Awful customer service, worst overall experience in many years. The doctors are courteous and professional. The employees up in the front desk have consistently delivered the most complete show of incompetence that I ever witnessed. From charging me with the same services at two different rates (they are good at blaming your particular insurance plan) all the way to being plain rude to my kid trying out his first contacts (for $400.00 dollars plus "fitting fees" I would have expected a tiny bit more patience). The cherry of the cake was when they gave my daughter a complete set of wrong contact lenses. The replacement ones are of such a low quality that they literally break within her eyes. This store used to be good and now it appears it has been bought by another company. Stay away because the only thing they have On Sight is your wallet.

Stay away from this place! They rip you off. They keep charging you for fitting of contact lenses every time you go in to renew your prescription. They put in a pair of contacts in your eyes and inspect the fit of the contacts and then charge you $150 for the 5 minutes of time they spent. Fitting of contacts is required the first time you decide to get contacts, and it could take multiple visits to get it right. However, once you have been fitted, the time required to check that they still fit is very small. You would expect that the charge for the check up would be very small compared to the first visit. However, they charge you the full amount for a contact fitting when all you need is to renew your prescription. Great business for them (until you decided to go somewhere else) high cost for you.

I had came in to have my frames adjusted (which I bought from there) and the young lady who helped me flexed them a bit too much and they snapped. Without any effort they went ahead and ordered a new pair. (They did not have any in stock). The frames came from their bowie store but it took about 2.5 weeks :-( My only complaint is that they were very slow in getting them to me. The staff was very friendly with me when I did order the originally, even suggesting not to get the auto tent because Im mainly in the car which has UV protection, preventing them from going dark.

I had a great experience at Doctors On Sight in Germantown, MD. The doctors were thorough and quite friendly. They never made me feel rushed and took their time listening to my concerns. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The only concern I have is the time it took to receive my glasses, about three weeks. This is most likely a problem with the company who puts the glasses together. The best part however is the staff, especially Allison. She is amazingly friendly and helpful!! I would recommend this site to friends and family.

VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!! Cant count on the hours being followed, I have left work early TWICE and when I got to the store, NO ONE was there. This week alone I tried calling for two days and no one ever answered the phone and voicemail didnt pick up to say anything about them being "closed for inventory" as I was told today. They close to take breaks and obviously dont always have the most reliable system of coverage. Time for me to start looking for another eye doctor for my family!

I went to do the eye exam and ordered a pair of glasses last Sunday. The service was pretty good. Reina and Dr. Montgomery were really helpful and patient. Although I have got my glasses because they said it took around 2 weeks, I actually felt surprised when I saw all those bad comments.

I went in today for an adjustment and the boy was on the phone. I had waited for atleast five minutes before someone else came in. Then the boy tried to help him first. The was just pretty rude I am staying away from them.

Staff is polite and helpful. Doctors seem competent and thorough. Seems like every time I have an appointment, they are running late. 45 mins this last time. But I keep going back because they are reliable and consistent.
