Unprofessional and immature. I based my appointment on location & the optomap, skipping over some bad reviews & believing the good ones. Big mistake! The staff misspelled my name with 3 letter rs. While waiting to be seen, I heard 3 front staff members (a female & 2 young males), make jokes about how awkward one customer was, and then crack jokes about another elderly customer. Third, the Doctor completely screwed up my script, so when I went to go get my glasses, it was super blurry. I called back, but after a brief discussion with the front staff, I decided I couldnt deal with their immaturity. Finally, I opted to use the optomap, which was another reason I went into this place. Well, they do not know how to use it at all. One of the guys had to sit and try, until they explained they didnt know how to use it. I 100% wouldnt recommend!

Very, very pleased with Dr. Fadel and his staff. I had been putting off an eye exam and finally reached the point where I couldnt stand it any more. The eye doctor I usually see didnt have an opening available for over a month. But I was able to get an eye exam with Dr. Fadel on a walk-in basis right after work even though it was a holiday week and other doctors in the area werent accepting walk-ins. It was a thorough eye exam with very up-to-date equipment. The staff was welcoming and friendly even to a new walk-in patient. The Alamo Ranch location and 7-day/week operating hours are extremely convenient. I will definitely be back.

The most incompetent and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. They placed an order for my contacts, never called, turned out they never placed it. They said they had some in stock and to come in. Turns out they were a completely different brand and they didnt actually have them in stock. I got the prescription printed and went to get them somewhere else but they had reserved my insurance benefits. Cannot warn people away from this place enough.

While Dr Fadel is nice and a good eye Dr it doesnt make up for all the awful things this office offers. Here I am over a month since my appointment and yet to be fitted into any contacts because of the incompetence of the other Dr and the office staff. The purpose of making my appointment was to get contacts prior to my cruise which I will now be going on with NO contacts. Im beyond frustrated and I regret wasting my time and money on this place.

I made an appointment online through ZocDoc and was able to be seen the same day. The office is very modern and clean. All of the staff members were helpful and explained everything about the eye exam without me having to ask. Dr. Fadel was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The appointment was not rushed even though it was a Saturday. I highly recommend visiting.

Awesome staff and doctor! I was so impressed with their newest equipment that takes pictures of my eye and by doing that, I didnt have to have my eyes dilated! They are so nice and professional and my prescription was perfect when I had it filled! Definitely going to be using them again and highly recommending friends and family there!

Dr. Fadel was very friendly and also was the front desk staff. I went as a walk in and did not have to wait long at all. The office hashad new equipment that I have not seen before at previous eye doctors. The equipment was able to further look for possible eye ailments, more than a standard exam. Definitely recommend.

Wow!! So awesome. Friendly and professional! This place is clean and hi tech . They have a machine that takes pictures inside eye without using dialation. Plus no paperwork. They have you sign in on clipboard then scan in info. Pretty awesome! Like! Open 7 days a week. Good service.

Made it here without an appointment and yet they were able to see my son who lost his glasses this morning. I love the convenience of getting the Glasses made in just an hour. Easy parking as well. Altogether a great experience.

Charged a $90 "cosmetic" fee for contact fittings without prior authorization or notice (in addition to the co-pay for the exam). Avoid this fraudulent office and go somewhere upfront about costs.
