My children have been coming here since they were toddlers. They and I love Dr Martin. Never had any issues the many years my children have been coming here until the end of last year. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from the ladies upfront. HARDLY EVER can I get someone to answer the phone. Very rude and very unprofessional. Ive tried getting my children a appointment for a few months now. When they didnt have anything soon as was told they do walk ins. But every time I call, they arent doing them that week. And to top it off, they are no longer seeing more than 2 siblings per appointment per day. Thats the only reason why Ive been trying to get in as a walk in. I called 2 weeks ago and asked 1 of the ladies to please have Dr San Martin call me so I can express my frustration and to this day, nothing! Very sad, now Im looking for another place to take my children.

Ive been coming here for YEARS!! Since I was in high school Dr. Martin is a great! Very friendly & is all about the patient. BUT I CAN NOT STAND TO DEAL with his STAFF!! Theyre beyond RUDE. Whenever I go to sign in they look at you with a blank face dont even say hi, how are you? Nothing. Than Ill ask a question & theres this lady thatll sigh and say whats your name? And than shell turn to the computer like if someone is forcing her!! Its customer service ladies if youre not up for dealing with people go elsewhere!! Im sure there plenty of other people that are friendly to fill your position!

Office location is great, but office and staff arent great. Doctor should have staff be honest if you walk in theyll have you come back after after hour wondering around mall will have you waiting to see doctor for up to three hours if you walk in its better to make an appointment. Walk in patients waiting is ridiculous!

I have been going with my mom since I was a kid and now I take my daughter. I absolutely love Mr. Martin he always makes myself and my daughter laugh and always lets her pick a pretty rock before we leave (as hes done with me when I was a kid). Hes a great eye doctor and would definitely recommend him.

Absolutely very unprofessional! In all ways shape and form.. Over the phone very very rude and unprofessional. Acused patient of lying. Will never go back to give my business again. Dr. Is very kind but STAFF IS UNBELIEVABLE RUDE!

Took my daughter and the staff was not rude! Waiting time was reasonable. The doctor was the BOMB very nice, he pointed out things no one else has found in my daughters eyes. I recommend him!!!!!
