Dont take your kids, they will hover over you like you are criminals because they are afraid of fingerprints ***My children were trying on glasses, as they each wear them. If the associate cannot tell the difference between trying them on and "almost breaking them", they must not be around kids often. Also, the "heavy display" was along the wall, so unless your business is not securing your wall displays properly Im not sure what you are referring to. Again, she was taking glasses down to TRY them on since she is due for a new pair, as our whole family is. Im sorry you felt so strongly about their behavior that you had to stand behind us and readjust each pair of glasses I was putting back in place. Thank you for your prompt reply but, we wont be returning. As for everyone else, they do have a nice basket of dinosaur toys the kids can play with, just dont leave that area.

Dr. Goldstein and his staff are amazing. I left my family optometrist of several years to try him out. He was educational and straight forward. I appreciate the fact that he didnt try to say that I needed new glasses because my vision stayed the same. I brought my 2 kids during my appt, and the staff was great. One staff member played with my daughter while I ended up getting some frames fitted. This was a family friendly establishment. We will be coming here for years to come. I think any other comments are an anomaly, I couldnt see any anything less than happening here.

No sweat with the eye exam. Extremely suspect of the polycarbon lens they have here. I never experienced a lens scratching in less than a week as it happened on my sunglasses I had made there. I have a pair three years old with none. I suggest if you purchase this product here, get the protection plan. That was the solution after the fact in my case. I choose to walk away. Why bother with a suspected inferiority lens. Protection plan plus a co-pay when you use it. Never again going to vision plus.

The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Golstein is really easy going and has a great sense of humour. Hes the eye doctor for my husband and children as well. Over the years, hes always given us exactly what we need and takes time to explain our options.
