First let me start off by mentioning that I called several Visionworks locations and everyone stated I needed an appointment and that they were booked for the day. Feeling pretty frustrated I called this location around 12:50pm and asked if they took walk-ins or if I needed an appointment and the receptionist stated I needed an appointment. Then she said I can make you an appointment for 1:30pm and I asked is that for next Saturday and she said no maam today. I was very pleased to hear that and explained my frustration with 4 other Visionworks locations and how rude and unaccommidating they were. The service I received was fast and Dr Chung was very nice and thorough. I use to see another eye doctor downtown and they have never explained to me why my eyes are always red or that I have very dry eyes. Dr Chung gave me information on what eye drops to start using that would give me fast relief and also provided me with a coupon. Dr Chung then gave me my prescription for eye glasses and I went next door and purchased my glasses. I definitely will be going back to see her and her staff for future eye exams.

My children have been patients for 4+years. My teenage daughter used up her 12 month supply of contacts early and also lost her glasses and only has back up eyeglasses which prescription is very outdated (2 yrs old) I explained to the office that my daughter has nothing to correct her vision and is playing varsity sports. I asked if there was anything they could do to help us, a courtesy pair of contacts to carry her through to her appointment since it was well over a week away. I even offered to buy them. They asked Dr. Chung and she said no that my daughter would just have to wait it out until her appointment.
