Long wait. Rushed exams. I also received boxes of contacts for my LEFT EYE ONLY. When I called about the mistake, they gave me the run-around and almost treated the situation as if I wasnt telling the truth or if I had accidentally used or misplaced the other ones. I assured them that it was their mistake I did not have Contacts for both of my eyes. The person I spoke to then said she would look into the situation and call me back. A week and a half later I hadnt heard from them so I called again and explained the situation. Again, I was treated with no sympathy and a lack of understanding that it was their mistake. They said they would talk to the doctor and call me back but again, never did. I called once more weeks later, but was able to achieve nothing because of their lack of understanding. Unfortunately because of my busy schedule I was never able to go in person to handle it. Their lack of professionalism and poor situation handling just put me to cut my losses and never go back there again. Mind you, this happened about a year ago and I still get bothered from time to time thinking about the fact that I was sent home with contacts for my left eye only. Lol rediculous

Glasses took forever to come in. I still gave them more business but Im done. Went by at 2:15 in the afternoon and the whole office is shut down for lunch. The whole office! Ridiculous. Theres no sign in the front trying you so. Instead a rude employee comes out to deliver the news and makes no apologies. Just says to come back in 45 minutes. Okay... Im done. You lost a customer.

Best eye care experience ever! I have been going to Dr. Hinojosa for 15 years and I wouldnt trust my vision with anyone else. Her staff has great customer service, would definitely recommend!
