Yo compré mis lentes el sabado 7 de mayo y me habian dicho que se tardaban una semana, porque los pedi que se hicieran oscuros con el sol y el antirreflejante, pero mi gran sorpresa fué que el jueves me llamaron y me dijeron que ya podia pasar por mis lentes, estoy muy contenta con el servicio y tambien con la atencion del personal, fueron muy amables y me explicaron todo con lujo de detalles, quien me atendió fue una muchacha embarazada, muy sonriente y servicial y en ese momento llego un muchacho que sale en los comerciales y muy atento tambien...gracias por tan excelente servicio!!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received here. I took my daughter to the Doctor next door and he gave me a prescription for her, when I went to the optical the lady that attended me was rude and didnt believe that my daughter was supposed to wear the glasses all day, she went over and asked the doctor herself. She then proceeded to try and make me buy something other than my insurance would cover so that I would have to pay out of pocket. She kept making faces like she was upset that I didnt want to purchase add-ons. I was called 2 weeks later that the glasses were ready and then my daughter tried them on, and it wasnt even her prescription. They sent them back and it took another 2 weeks to get them. When I went to pick them up all they did was hand them to me, they didnt ask if they fit ok or anything, I had to take her to another optical not related at all and they adjusted them there. Some customer service training is greatly needed.

Nunce me entregaron mis lentes a tiempo tardaron mas de dos semanas sobre el tiempo pre dicho carisimos la verdad en otras opticas el modelo es mas economico y de mejor calidad. La tipa toda despota y el chico que atiende igual. Lo que mas me molesta es el tiempo que pasan sobre las entregas

We had a great experience here, will definitely be coming back. My husband had to have a special order on his work glasses that have really never been ordered before which is bifocal on top and bottom cause he was having a hard time reading stuff above his head. Optica 20 20 took great pride and care in preparing his glasses and contacting us every step of the way. Thanks to all the wonderful staff there.

Terrible place. One of the ladies there dresses very unprofessional and tries to push on you the most expensive product (which everything there is ridiculously over priced compared to other places). Lastly, the glassed were given to me way later than when i was told (they actually pushed the date back twice, and wanted to charge me more for that).

worst service ever!!! the glasses are never ready on the day as promised. The blonde girl is very rude dresses very unprofessional and smells like cigarette. The young man with glasses lies and i think is high. this place is low quality but you get what you pay for.
