One of the worst office experiences I have ever had unprofessional, uneducated, Gracie Rodirguez the office manager apparently sets the tone for this office. If she cant manage to take the phones off of the night message by 8:45 in the morning how could she possibly manage the office? She also stated it was standard practice to suggest patients return to drive and return to work after having their eyes dilated right after an eye appointment. Expect a bait and switch although they claim to accept a long list of insurances on their website and I have no less than 2 insurances I was given a long list of fees I was expected to pay upon my first visit although these prices were never quoted to me over the phone when I made my appointment over 2 weeks before. Waste of time. Too much of a headache and there are too many other good doctors in the medical center area that are willing to invest good money in quality staff. Oh and Vanessa Torres the other office manager too busy on her cell phone to help. Wake up Dr. Delay your patients are leaving and posting reviews in the process!

Dr. Delay is an excellent eye doctor; however, the office staff is not up to par. Unsure where the gap is in the appointment process because numerous times we have waited for over an hour and half to be seen by the doctor. The errors that the staff has made are countless. Only reason we continue going is because of how thorough Dr. Delay is but I think at this point it is time to find a doctor that has a staff that compliments him and his practice.

I LOVE the doctors here and the staff is friendly. My son has severe problems with his eyesight but theyve always made sure that he leaves feeling confident and happy. I highly recommend this place every chance I get.
