I havent purchased a new style of frames in about ten years because I am exceedingly picky, so getting new glasses felt like a pretty overwhelming experience. All of the staff at this Lenscrafters location were very nice and helpful! DeKarius in particular really helped me pick out a style I was happy with - he has a very good eye. When I picked up my glasses I was having trouble getting used to them, everything looked distorted and I couldnt focus properly after giving it an entire week. I went back for assistance, and after checking the new glasses out, one of the staff said the frame style was too straight. I was admittedly really skeptical, but she took my old glasses as a template and adjusted the new ones so they curved a little to conform to my face. Im really happy to say it completely fixed the problem, and her diligence saved me a repeat trip to the optometrist! The frames were so straight that the lenses were not oriented properly in front of my eyes - I didnt even know that could be a problem. Long story short, very helpful staff and a good experience!

If youre going to go to a LensCrafters DO NOT bother going to the one in the NorthPark location. They are LIARS! I asked for a frame transfer to a closer store and they assured me it was sent. I kept keeping up to make sure they arrive on time since I ordered my glasses in another store and I was short on time. They told me in must be in transit, the other store has them already, "Our system is down and I cant check for you right now", only to find out they NEVER sent them in the first place. DO NOT bother making your business at this location. Fortunately, there are plenty other locations.

Extremely pleased! I was hesitant to go to this location after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service provided by their receptionist Fernando Rios who was very informative and helpful.The sales rep next door was just as friendly and helpful. I wasnt thrilled with the O.D. (Winfrey) but will DEFINITELY be back for all my eyecare needs.The only setback was that unlike all the other vision centers Ive been to,I didnt get a case or solution for my trial contacts.

Very good customer service. Had cosmetic issue with frames. Went in the day after purchase and they ordered replacement frames. Replacement frames were in the next day. Then, most likely during switching lenses from the old frames to new, one of my lenses was scratched. I noticed the next day and went back to the store. They replaced the lens without issue and were very apologetic. Both instances when I returned to the store after purchase, they were very accommodating.

Nyet. Meet "LiarCrafters," who claim they accept MEDICARE in writing on the front of their North Star Mall location, but dont. Scamming old people must be the new thing for glasses companies. Shame on Lenscrafters and North Star Mall.
