I never write reviews but had such a lovely experience, I just had to write. Two of my children broke their glasses and I was unsure what I needed to do. I spoke to a wonderful woman named Hilda who went above and beyond to help me. She told me everything I needed to do and went ahead and pulled insurance info and Rx for my children...she didnt stop there she topped it all off by letting me know she would pull the frames so the kids could have the same pair and have everything ready so I could take the kids after school so they didnt have to miss any school. I know this seems like she was just doing her job but she was also so pleasant to talk to. I definitely will continue to get my families glasses here...because of this type of service! Thank you Hilda

My children are always able to find frames they like, since there are so many to choose from! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the opticians always get our glasses done either the next day, or even the same day we drop off our prescriptions. I highly recommend this optical!!!!!

Dont waste your time here, these people are rude and are only want your money, they take no ownership for the mistakes or rudeness of the staff if anything you will leave feeling as if you did something wrong. Dont go here.
