Dank Farts

Ive been going here since I moved to Texas. The doctor is great but her staff, one in paticular (dont know her name, we will call her "Lazy"), at the front desk is why im giving one star. I took my daughter for her appointment and was charged $300. Even though I had insurance "Lazy" couldnt find it in the system. "Lazy" offered to fix it and give me a refund and would give me a call.... Never got a call. I took my insurance paper work up there ( I live 40 minutes away) and before I could even show "Lazy" she said rudely "i dont need that" even after explaining to her why I was there. She refused to look at it and said she would call once she straightened it out. So i gave it a couple of days, nothing. So i called again and the same voice.... uhhhhhh its "Lazy" again. After going through the whole explanation of my insurance and the problem she still said she will take care of it even more rude than before. Still nothing after 3 months. So Im done and will take my family elsewhere. Its a shame because Dr. Diana is such a good doctor and really sweet. You had one job (chic at front desk AKA "Lazy") maybe by now they gave you the boot and realize how useless and lazy you are.... oh yeah not to mention rude! ...Amazing how one person can ruin such a nice place.

There are many excellent Doctors of Optometry in San Antonio. I have seen many of them. If you are lucky, you will find Dr. Diana Gonzalez-Flores and then, your search will end. She is,without a doubt, the best I have come across. She is professional, friendly, a great communicator and truly cares about the service she provides.

Great experience. Really nice staff and very nice doctor. She didnt rush on my exam. That is rare these days. Will definitely go back for annual exams
