If youre looking for the best staff and experience when having Lasik surgery dont look any farther! I drove over four hours to have my Lasik surgery and it was worth every minute. Its not even 24 hrs after my surgery and Im already seeing 20/15. The staff goes over ever aspect of the surgery with you and will answer every question you have. Trust me I had a lot of questions when I first had my evaluation done. I had an extremely high prescription in both of my eyes and was nervous about even being able to have Lasik surgery done. The staff did everything they could to reassure me through the whole process. Dr. Paige was great with going over the best option for my eyes and what was safest. Day of the surgery went very smoothly. Staff answered every last minute questions I had. Dr. January is amazing he went over step by step how the surgery would go and any complications I might have with having a more difficult case. Surgery was very quick and my boyfriend ever got to watch through the glass while it was being done. Only part that really hurt me was the first step with the suction and while the flap is being created. After surgery Dr. January did one last check, and even gave his cell phone number for us to call if there was any complications. Just shows how much they truly care about their patients.

This is the best place for lasik done with wavelength laser . Working in medical profession I would recommend this place for anyone as the way staff makes you feel comfortable is amazing and Dr Page really answers all your questions . I had done research for almost a year about which place in town is best and trust me you wont find anything more reliable and safe than this one .Nobody will pressurize or call you to bother about your appointment . Best part is Dr Webster who does lasik procedure does call u one day prior to surgery and is willing to answer all lasik related questions . Post 4 days surgery I have 20/15 vision and except some halo at night all is fine . I did start exercising from last 2 days some cardio and light weights . Feels amazing and taking all precautions as instructed with my eye drops . Go with the flow and it feels so best !! No more glasses or contacts to wear . Thanks Dr Webster , Dr Page , Kristin , Kristina and Marissa . You r a great team !!!

After being told I wasnt a candidate at lasik vision institute because my corneas were too flat and having the doctor there be a little rude I thought I was done. I then got a second opinion here at lasik plus and after looking at my eyes they said I could have prk. The staff took the time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have. Im still healing, but extremely happy with how I was treated and was able to have this life changing surgery. During the surgery they tell you exactly what they are going to do before each step so you know what to expect which was comforting. Prk can be different for everybody and after my nap the first day my eyes watered like crazy, I would suggest try and stay asleep as much as possible until the second day it was alot better. Overall very pleased with how I was treated and would recommend to anyone.

I went through the process of getting an appointment then once they said that I was a good candidate, I scheduled the lasik appointment. The day of my appointment they were running late but they let me check in and comeback when they were ready. We went through the paperwork and then I got lasik treatment. The procedure only took a few minutes but you have to follow the post procedure rules throughly. All in all ny the next morning I see without glasses and it feels like a good choice. I went to two other places to compare locations but lasik plus was the best by far. I recieved excellent customer service in my follow up appointments from Kristin, Marisa, and Dr. Page. I have 20/15 vision after three weeks and getting lasik surgery from lasikplus was an excellent choice.

Ive worn corrective lens in the form of glasses and contacts for over 40years. After making the well thought out decision to have lasik surgery I came to Lasik Plus on Jones Maltsberger and received positively outrageous service. The kind, knowledgeable, and patient staff definitely adds to the confidence I placed in them for my eye care service. I cant say enough about Marisa Martinez, before the surgery I was very nervous but her voice of confidence and reassurance put me immediately at ease. Her presence in the room during the surgery was essential to my remaining trusting and calm. She has an amazing spirit about her that shes probably unaware of but Im blessed and grateful that she was there. Best decision ever.

The procedure hurt the first hour or so, but once you get home and take a nap for a few hours, everything is amazing. I woke up after the nap and was amazed that nothing hurt and I could see clearer. Its crazy how fast your eyes heal. At LasikPlus (San Antonio), you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the doors. The entire staff is also caring, helpful, and involved -which is rare these days- and you feel like youre at home with your family every time you go. Dr. Webster also calls you the same day to make sure everything is okay, which makes a difference and it lets you know that they care about what their doing. This was definitely an amazing experience and Im glad i got the procedure!

I had my surgery almost 3 months ago and I could not be happier. Dr. Page was very honest with me at my consultation that I was not a candidate at that time because I had worn contacts for so long my eyes were not healthy enough for the surgery. I listened to his advice and went 3 weeks without contacts. (Never thought I would make it) but after that my eyes were in better condition for the surgery. I appreciated his honesty and looking out for what was best for me. Very happy with the attention and customer service I received from everyone at the office. It was superb. I am extremely happy with the results and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in this procedure.

Update 8/18/17: surgery yesterday was quick and pretty painless. Dr January is very nice and was available for any questions. First night was a little tough to sleep wearing the goggles and with burning sensation. This morning my vision is clearer and the burning is gone. My follow-up appointment was concise and I was told any blurriness I am experiencing will clear up over time. Heard about the $250/eye radio promo and had to go in and see what it was all about! Although it is for much weaker prescription than I have and I do not qualify for the older lasers the staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, patient and caring. I am scheduled for surgery Thursday!

This was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. The staff at LasikPlus was top notch. From the second I walked in the door, Be sure and tell Kristin (with an I) hello!!! Dr. Joann Webster was amazing. She was personable and very sweet. I had my surgery yesterday. There was some bad discomfort about 30 minutes after the surgery. But after the 2 hour nap when I got home, everything was fine. I had a follow up appointment today and I now have 20-20 vision. I can already tell this is going to be a life changer. Dr. Webster even called me from her home this morning to check on me. I highly recommend this top notch, professional facility!
